Ordered via mobile app. Arrived at pick-up time. They had not yet started on my food. Heard manager ask the counter employee, "Which came in first, the mobile order or the actual order?" Strike one.When my burgers were prepared, the manager (who was the one preparing them) set them in a staging area right next to a spray bottle of cleaner. Strike two.Got home with order. One of the two burgers was prepared incorrectly, and both burgers were EXTREMELY dry. Dry as in the driest meat i have EVER eaten on a burger in my life. (And that was with the mayo, ketchup on my burger that I had ordered to be left off.) Strike three.I have just moved to Burleson. Deleted app. Won't be back to Wendy's here ever. (When you can turn meat patty, cheese and bacon into a bad thing, I don't want to eat your food ever again.)
Even though they were busy they were super friendly, especially the Pete Davidson lookalike cashier. Very positive experience would return to this location again. Update: They no longer have a fountain drink dispenser in the lobby area, you have to ask the front counter for refills kind of a pain but was probably put in place during the peak of COVID-19 outbreaks, hope they bring back the fountain drink machine to the lobby
I went there tonight and it's about 9:45 and the crew working tonight were a source. First you go they greet you and someone interrupts and says they are only taken cash. I go get cash and then I come back and they keep telling me they don't have anything. It's obvious they don't want to work or make business. I suggest getting new help at night. I usually like going to this place but they absolutely ruin it for me!
Spicy Honey Chicken Bacon burger with fried jalapeños was really good. Service was excellent and somewhat quick compared to some other drive through establishments.
Wendy's is Wendy's its always good, today I found something that excited me and I'll be the first to say it was complete let down... would have rather ate it with straight ketchup. Fries cold, cheese cold, nothing like what depicted and not worth the upcharge... not this Wendy's fault if this is the normal but it is their fault for letting cold food come out
Great fast food, fast service, great pricing. Ordered new hot honey chicken sandwich, good flavor, wished it was a little spicier. Wasn't impressed with baconator fries.
Love the Chicken Apple Pecan salad. Just wish they still had the 1/2 salad so I didn't have to pay so much. Very nice staff

Exceptionally long wait time 20m and messed up my order over charged me. I ordered a big double bacon cheddar burger charged 10.99 only got a single and I ordered a double cheese burger from the dollar menu and was charged 5.79 and now they won't answer the phone. I will go back tomorrow.
Had an order come out wrong, returned to the establishment the manager on duty was quick to resolve the issue and very courteous doing so!
