Yes 5 start but bc i go here a lot nit the best experience with customer service bc normally you walk in and you can feel the happiness and hellos but today wow no one said hello sat on the table the lady i understand your a bit of age i get it but wow at least say hi how are yall ill be right with yall.. She put our silverware down no hello none of that... Okay wait like 7min then she comes says what can i get for yall no menu no smile.. I proceed telling her what me and my son wanna drink... It was my first time going alone with just my son but ay is ok all i can say is i hope the day gets better for them we all have them days... Thank you waffle house for always been open and all the staff that makes the effort to serve us all god bless....
Got a breakfast bowl for the first time and was happily surprised at just how good it was. I ordered the sausage, egg, cheese and grits bowl and it was pretty ? but I wish they would have given me an option on the eggs as I don't really like scrambled eggs and would have preferred over easy. Also, no iced coffee, which was a disappointment.All in all it was still a hot delicious for not too much money served by a friendly, accommodating crew. Definitely want to try this again.?
Walked into the waffle house and an employee told us to sit anywhere there was a clean table. In amazement not one table was clean. We counted 8 dirty tables and even the counters by registers were dirty. Very few customers so no reason for it. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to finally come out and clean the tables. Not one person there was in a hurry to clean. We watched the waitress clean and could not believe the little urgency to seat us. Sorry but lazy uncaring employees!!
Waffles were not all the way cooked. My waffle fell apart before it came out of the machine, bacon half cooked, waiter new, young and slow. I cancelled my order. And then he said he will see if he can take the waffle off. I just smiled. I was just watching them as my friend was eating her food talking about she hungry!!!??
We were there around 3AM. There was a line but we got seated fairly quickly. Half the tables were dirty and hadn’t been bussed. Some stayed dirty the whole time we were there. They were super busy and all the staff were hustling. Clearly all doing their best.The kitchen was also pretty dirty, particularly on the floor. Tons of food and not sure when it last got swept/mopped. That being said, I was able to watch the cooks the whole time and it seemed they were being safe with the food.My food was actually great, and everyone I was with was pleased. Prices are fair and good portion sizes.
Service was good; however, the restaurant AND the bathroom is very undesirable. The food was fair. I did not care for the extremely THIN waffle. Again, Customer Service was good.

Absolutely the most pathetic location I have ever been to. We walked and immediately the lady screamed at us saying they were not serving anything until 7am. It was 5:45a.m. She said she had several things that needed to be done. However there were 4 teenagers sitting at the bar and thet were ordering. Just plain rude. They need to fire that chic.
Not crowded, clean dining. Grits were good, eggs were perfect, and our server/host was sweet with accommodating my partner's request. Will visit again!
This place…. Just wow… I didn’t think I could be this angry but after having been dismissed twice I’ll never go back for a third hypothetical hand wave to my face. I work at a bar so I don’t get off until late so first I was told to-go orders only (a few weeks ago) and now tonight/early this morning I went with my disabled husband to this location and the lady inside was so rude!! She could see us get out of the truck but before we could go in she waved her hands above her head to get our attention and then shook her head no! I’ll never recommend this location and if the situation calls for it I’ll detour….
