Greasy front door, booth seat, table, and even menu itself! Waitresses talked out loud about personal issues the whole time we were there. Waffles were not tasty - service included one offer for more coffee. I have NEVER visited a restaurant (Waffle House, Burleson TX) this bad … and I’m old so that’s saying something. That one star is much higher than the experience I had.
Got here and was told they could serve us because don’t have lids for to go.I asked the waitress could I get my order without lid for my wife and was told no rudely with no sympathy what whatsoever. This is the second time this has happened within a month. Waffle House has really lower their standards on customer service to the point of hat they simply don’t care about their customers at this location. Wow considering I sat at the table for 15 minutes with no on here while the workers literally said he can wait while they ate themselves and smoked cigarettes. Just wow. Done
Lil Beth is amazing! My husband has an addiction to waffle house. This is the first time to this location. We had our food in less than 10min, she constantly checked on us. Greeted everyone that came through the door. The whole staff was great!
They never answer the phone for Togo orders. What’s the point of having order ahead signs on the door if you cant order over the phone and pick them up? Misleading.
Sadly tonight our server was too busy on the phone with his cruise ship company than to do his job and wait on his tables. One and only time at this location that we had such horrible service. Thankfully the cook waited on us, so we tipped HER rather than him.
The diner was fairly clean, Only 2 employees were there, luckily they weren't busy,The guy that waited on us was not into his job,,We had to listen to them complain about management the whole time we were eating, Got our food pretty fast,Nobody knows how to make a big fluffy Waffle anymore, it was thin and wouldn't even melt the butter,,About the only thing I enjoyed was the bacon,I got halfway finished with my coffee and the cup had dried food or something in it,,probably won't be back, Can understand why they were empty at supper time, BTW,,IHOP and DENNYS,weren't open, Spent $30.00 it definitely wasn't worth that.
We just ate at Waffle House on E Renfro and had another superb breakfast. Waitresses are always friendly and have sweet smiles and the cook gets your order perfect. Support these older small businesses! And they have a jukebox!
