We eat at a Taco Casa everytime we are in a town that has one. The blow the sox off of that other taco joint with the fake meat, small portions and their initials ar T B. We get great food, fast service and big portions at Taco Casa. I think we have eaten at 90% of them in North Texas and Oklahoma. Not sure why they have not come to Austin yet
Fresh food. Dining room needed cleaning, but was just after lunch, giving benefit of the doubt that they didn't have time.Very friendly staff. Very impressed with the politeness and wholesome values the staff portrayed during our visit. So much appreciated. Keep up the good work!
There's nothing for you there who is overweight he wears a black American face mask what the Hat who is a prejudice person towards Hispanic people. He knows nothing about customer service the manager knows nothing about customer service. If a customer comes up to the door the doors open you serve that customer. You don't push them out of the way close the door and act like you're going to look to see what time it is and then walk off. That's terrible horrible customer service. White people serve white people better at this place of business
Pretty fair fast food. The employees at the drive-thru are incredibly courteous and friendly. Smiling and helpful the last two times I've beenthere. Looks like they're trying to revive great customer service and doing a great job!!
Worst Taco Casa I ever been too and I love Taco Casa the service might have been fast but the food was not what it's usually like.
Service slow and dinning room closed everytime I come but few people seemed to be seated inside . Go figure.
I love this place. I love the menu (old Taco Bell). I'm glad the brought back their calender too. The food is consistently very good. My order is always prepared correctly too. I cannot say enough about their staff. Jennifer who works the drive thru at lunch is a definite asset. She is always friendly and cheerful. I frequently this location 1-2 times a week and look forward to eating here again!
I don’t know if they have been told to start giving less food but tonight was pathetic. My super nachos barely came with any meat, sour cream or tomatoes. They also couldn’t be bothered to give me my peppers when my receipt clearly states it should be there. The taco salad we ordered as well barely has any meat in it as well. They also couldn’t be bothered to actually give us our teas we ordered but he claimed we didn’t. Guess it’s time to stop going here. Apparently others have done the same because their lines aren’t as long any more.
Excellent, love the food and the friendly service. They were really fast getting our food order too.
I always enjoy taco Casa. Better then Taco Bell cuz Taco Casa fill their tacos with full portions. You can't go wrong with any items you order. Thank you for the staff for doing a good job !!!
