The quality of food is not what is use to be every time I come to this location I hope for the best and I am very dissatisfied every time. The workers you can tell they hate there job. No enthusiasm or greetings they know it’s bad they won’t even look you in the eyes . AndThey don’t sell cheese cake chimichangas at this location anymore they told me. Which is disappointing.
Just a warning.. I AM A BUENO HEAD!! However, some Bueno's are more bueno than others. This place gets it right. I'm always a special order guy and they nail it everytime with hot, delicious food. They keep it clean inside and out which, in my opinion, is a result of great management who make cleanliness a priority. When everything you see is clean, it's the safer bet to think the areas you can't see are just as clean. I will absolutely eat there again and refer it to my friends. Great job, keep it up. ??????
I what to start off by saying the three staff members that were there on the 8th of May 2022 in the evening were amazing and did the best they could with what they had. After working a 12 hr shift I stop to get a bite to eat before heading home. I wanted for 25 min in the drive thru before being told by staff they were severely under staff. They were doing the best they could in a building with no working AC. I really feel for them and this was deplorable working conditions. The owner and Manger and assistant manager should be ashamed of them selfs for this. If this is how you what to run your business than you should shut it down. Am only giving this post 1 star because I had to and it really dose not deserve it. The three employees that were there deserve it.....
If I could give 0 stars, I would.Three times in a row when ordering food that supposedly comes with hot sauce--we did NOT get any.First time I though maybe it was an oversight.The second time we drove to the restaurant to get it. My fiancé told the person about it, he was like "Oh, sorry"I tried again (3rd time) and again no hot sauce.I'm officially DONE.Ruined my meal again.$33.28 wasted.
I eat here regularly and the quality of the food has been on a downward slide for a while but today's food was just nasty. Tacos were soggy like they been sitting premade for quite awhile. The muchaco when unpacked was just mushy and the nacho chips were so stale and hard that even my dog would not eat a chip. It was just all gross except for the coke. I tried to call the store but answering the phone must not be a thing anymore. Sad thing is it looked like today's staff was all management. I will not go there any more after today's experience.
The girls working were super sweet and kind to everyone! They were working so hard and trying to their best. Sadly the manager who is new was so mean to these girls (only 3 working). He was yelling at them in front of everyone at the store and I wanted to cry for them in all honesty.
Only leaving a 1 star because it's the lowest. Pulled in the drive thru at 9:40 only to be told rudely they are closed. As driving off the young black man opened the window as if he was going to throw something at our vehicle. Burleson taco bueno is now worse than north fort worth ?♀️
My husband, daughter and I ate there tonight. It took 25 minutes to get our food. When we got it, it was wrong. The cashier told us they’d remake it correctly and to just keep our food. So we waited another 10 minutes and went to the front and asked about it. The manager told my daughter to give the food back that was wrong and they’d bring the correct order out. So when the manager brought it out, he said “since the incorrect order was partly eaten, he just gave us 2 orders of nachos…..very strange visit to this location. Won’t be going back.
Each time I visit, I deal with disgruntled employees. Not a fun experience. Food is okay. Prices have raised like most other places. But the lack of friendly service keeps me away from Taco Bueno.
Burrito and muchaco were just awful. There were whole beans charred inside the burrito. I ate only about half before giving up. The coke and drive-thru attendant were the best thing about this experience. That’s not enough.
