Drive through line was very long so I parked and went inside. 1 person ahead of me. I ordered and waited forever for my 2 tacos. People that came in after me got their orders before I did. I finally asked about my order and was told it was going to be another 15 minutes at least. I had already been waiting 25 minutes. That is ridiculous for 2 tacos. The manager offered to cancel the order and return my money. I already had too much time invested so I chose to wait. FINALLY my order was ready but she refunded my money anyway. I appreciated that. She said they were short staffed but there were 5 people working. Next time I'll try Taco Bueno next door to them.
Unfriendly staff. No customer service skills, doesn't speak up when taking your payments, giving your card back or having you your order. No "thank you for coming in today" or "have a nice day" literally said "here" and closed the window. On top of that they are still out of stock on the Mexican pizza (should be easy to get stock, it's nothing too crazy). And not only was my order wrong but the taco was sitting in the bag unwrapped. The burleson location needs some more training on customer service and how to present their goods. Shame.
I've got to give credit where credit is due. Whoever was working May 26 nailed it. We were looking for a quick meal after my daughter graduated. Due to 5 total schools graduating that night, everywhere was packed and we ended up at Taco Bell. The line was long, but they got us through quickly AND managed to get our order 100% correct.
Ordered online to pick up in store. Get there only to find out that the lobby wasnt open to pick up my food had to sit in line of about 12 vehicles to get my food needless to say my food was cold and soggy. I understand that yall are short staffed but you should at least have the lobby open for pick up orders only so that people's who ordered online food doesn't get cold and nasty. Thanks taco bell I will not be coming back to taco ever again.
First off I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes..... Literally! I finally order I say 5 beefy melt burritos the gentleman said 1!? I said no 5 and a cheese quesadilla without the jalapeno sauce.... I get my food make sure everything is in the bag. I get home to eat and open my burritos to find out it's only crumbs of corn chips and unmelted cheese.... I called them 3 times the first time I got hung up on. The second time line busy... I was going to bring it back then realized I'd probably be in a line for almost an hour again. I am not going to ever go to this taco bell again. They have very poor customer service.
The chalupa was greasy and very little meat. I took only one bite. I had to spit it out. Very disappointed! I love your chalupa normally but dang. Also the boy taking my order seemed disinterested in giving property service. He asked if I wanted sauce. I said... mild please. There was no sauce in the bag. So I asked for mild sauce. He proceeded to fill a bag with 2 handfuls of sauce. I'm like I need 1 sauce its 1 chalupa..... Then he looks at me like like I'm stupid. I think it will be a long time before I return!
Literally 90% of the time this tacobell is out of drinks. Or large cups or medium cups. 80% of the menu items are never in stock. The staff is rude. For such a busy location you would think they could estimate the amount of stock they need. Came here four days in a row and they still had items missing. Honestly it’s getting a bit pathetic……
I went to place an order for a client and the dining in was closed. Drive thru ordering only. I did it and was pretty quick and the staff were very helpful
I’ve been to this location quite a few times but the last three times I’ve visited my crunch wrap came out burnt as all hell and looking like someone punted it out of the kitchen. I also order fiesta potatoes every time I come here and last three times I have not got a spoon. Yo got me looking like we need a pool over here trying to honey out of a jar.
This is a good Taco Bell. Dining room and restroom were clean. Employees were friendly. They let me try the new green sauce. Yum!
