We really used to love this place, but it has gone very downhill. Giving two stars only because we do enjoy the yogurt itself. But, they’re guaranteed to have at least 2 or 3 machines/flavors out of order whenever you go in there. Floors are DISGUSTING - melted yogurt, food, and whatever else all over the floors. Seating areas never seem to be wiped down. Walls have so many areas full of dirt and yogurt that’s most likely been smeared on the walls by kids. The cleanliness of this place makes me question if we should even be eating the yogurt.
They over charge people for a medium cup they charge me $26.56 didn’t know until I checked my account all bad
The prices are a little high but the flavors are legit! Also, I like the fact that they have zero sugar options.
Prices went up .20 + per ounce. Now its .65 per ounce. Not worth it. This used to be pur families goto yogurt spot. After my bad experience last night. We wont be back. I went there last night they overcharged me $5 instead of charging me $0.45 an ounce like their website says the girl up the charge to 65 cents per ounce I paid $18.11 for to tiny cups a third full. I have the receipt and photos of cups of yogurt. I only came here on a Wednesday night because i received a text saying. Burleson only buy 1 get 1 free. The cashier girl told me she couldnt honor it cuz her boss didnt tell her about text deals. When i asked to use my reward for a free one. She said i needed 9 more cups yo get a free one. I could see reward on my sweetfrog rewards online. After leaving store i logged back into my rewards and reward was gone. I didnt use it. These cashiers are up charging people and deleting my rewards. I dislike this dishonesty. I will be submitting feedback online.
Over the years this sweet frog location has gotten worse. Sooooo expensive and the yogurt is so icy and not creamy…Bathrooms and seating area are so dirty. Employees have hair hanging in their face and seem young, dirty and uninterested. We won’t be returning.
Paid $20 for the kind of frozen yogurt you get for free at buffets. Many machines out of service including vanilla. The place smells terrible. The floors are very sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. The tables were filthy. The hot fudge and caramel dispensers were empty and the employee said they have been for several months. This was my first time and will also be my last.
My girls love the yogurt (cotton ? candy, of course) and had so much fun picking out their own goodys to go on top.

They were out of several flavors, including regular vanilla and the "original" as well as carmel topping. Guess the supply chain slow down is finally hitting close to the sweet tooth!! This is a family favorite and, despite fewer options, we will be back. Masks not required so enjoy a large helping of yogurt bliss with as many toppings as you can handle! Eat it in or take it home, Sweet Frog is simply the best!
The only problem I have had there is that the machine they use to process rewards has been down the past few times I've been there.
