The staff are pleasant to talk to and offer great advice for what you should get on your sandwiches. The food is great quality. The store is clean through and through. Even with the short staffing issue they have, the staff is attentive and diligent.
I ordered cater wraps on 12/19. Scheduled for pick up 12/24 @ 2 pm. I received a text @ 10:00 am on 12/24 telling me my order was cancelled and given no reason why.

I used to love Subway a few years back but now with his young young punks in there at this Pacific store they are rude they are snobby they will talk underneath their breaths about you. And they can't even make a sandwich right
I am not sure why I even go back to this subway time and time again, but today will be the last time I for sure ever go back to this one. Our sandwiches are never correct and then they make an excuse as to why it is not correct. Today June 9, 2021 I ordered curb side pick up to be ready at 12:15 and my husband is still currently waiting for sandwich's at 1pm and at this point I have no idea if our sandwich's are correct and my husband had to walk in at 12:30pm and ask for our food which in email said that our food was done at 12:25pm. I though curbside was so we did not have to be around everyone. DO NOT POST SERVIECS YOU CAN'T Provide if you can't not staff your establishment

Honestly had the worst experience at a this subway.4-10-2021 both people behind the counter were both sweating profusely and kept forgetting what they were doing.will not goto that location again even though I live very close.
The employees were very nice and helpful when making my NEW melt sandwich. The staff were friendly and attentive to my sandwich needs. I will be going back. My sandwich was very delicious.
