I had ordered an iced Caramel coffee with no ice and my cup was half way filled and when I had asked the barista to fill it up she was expecting me to pay extra? Why would I pay extra for something that I had already paid for and didn’t even get my service done right.

Very rude employees. Ordered venti Frappuccinos and was told they were out of venti cups. As our order was being made, another employee brought out a sleeve of venti cups.
Asked for a venti cup full of ice and I got one half full. Saw the barista wiping down the counters with a dirty rag that looked like it was used on the floor leaving the counter wet. Nasty. Not to mention all the shakers were empty. And this was during a real slow time. I'll stick to the one across the street.
So I was recommended a Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate around the holiday times by a friend but I don't think its on the menu. Reason I say that is because I had went to a Starbucks in Terrell and when I asked for it the barista asked me if I knew the ingredients, of course I hurriedly googled it. It tasted good then I ordered from the same place for the second time and it only tasted like hot chocolate no snickerdoodle. So when I came to this location the two baristas (Abigail & Chris) knew exactly what I wanted and didn't even ask for the ingredients and to make it better.. it was the BEST Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate ever! Definitely will be returning to this Starbucks (inside Target)! Love you guys for making it bombbbb! ;)
Good coffee
Haley was all by herself and still doing a great job working really fast. She shouldn’t be doing it alone but she’s excellent at her job and deserves a promotion in my book.
