Ordered 3 drinks and they were all nasty. Didn’t have any coffee like they were suppose to tasted like straight up water ?

I haven't been to Starbucks in years. Paying top Dollar for Coffee that has been so severely burned in the Roaster that it should be considered Decaf, makes no sense at all.
This place is normally great place but this employee working today. He has a full on conversion with the customer and doesn't multitask, stops everything he's doing and talks. 15 mins was for 2 people is to long especially when both people let for one drink.

Love the staff here! Space is very clean and the staff really seems to care about their customers! They take the time to get to know you. I’ve visited this one a million times and they’ve always gotten my order right which im really grateful for because I have food allergies.
Great staff, it's like they take time to hire genuinely happy and caffeinated individuals. Very nice ?
