I love this Starbucks so much! I study here all the time, the staff has always been super sweet to me! Great music and atmosphere as well!
I sat in the drive threw line for 20 minutes only to be told they were out of pretty much everything. That’s fine, blame the weather. You could have put a sign out for people to know a head of time so I didn’t waste my time in line trapped.
This is the fastest Starbucks and the employees are always so sweet. I overheard a customer asking one of the employees (tall blonde male) about the WiFi because he was having a hard time connecting and the employee offered his own personal hotspot on his personal phone for the customer to use?! These employees really go the extra mile and always try to make the customer happy. My favorite location by far, great service, drinks and music!
This particular Starbucks is always slam packed but the crew is amazing and they knock out orders as fast as possible.
This Starbucks is always fast and efficient in their customer service. The staff is super nice as well!! They even wrote this on my cup so cute!!
The drive through line was pretty long so we decided to mask up and go inside for an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich ... which was SUPER good. We added a hot Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso to top the order off. That too was delicious.The on-site staff was super pleasant even with how busy they were ... all staff were masked up as well as most patrons. The tables were well spaced and the pick-up area was clean and well organized. The Friday morning crew did a great job, much thanks.
Employee openly admitted the recipes have been changed and water has been added. Only after mine and my wife’s both were watery did she charge me extra for re making it right. It amazes me how cheap coffee is to make but businesses like these are finding ways to profit even more off a broken economy, taking advantage where they can when they can. Won’t be back to this or any Starbucks!!!!When will we start saying to these corporations enough is enough and stop paying these outrageous prices for watered down products?
I feel bad for the shortages that Starbucks is experiencing in this labor market. It is affecting customer service and product availability... Lately I don't know when I go if I'll be able to get what I want :(
Door was locked. Went through drive thru just to be told they can't make Frappuccino at that moment. No explanation why. So I got to sit in the drive thru for 5 mins for nothing.
Service could be faster. It takes too long to fill orders so that customers can be on there way.
