I always use the app to order ahead, and yet I still wait over five minutes to receive my drink order once I arrive. Great drinks and you get happy hour prices all day through the app. but it it doesn’t save any time by ordering through the app.I still love Sonic!
I went through the drive-in and ordered cheddar peppers, and when I got the order home it was tater tots. Went back to the location (within 15 mins) to let them know the mistake and pick up the correct order, and was told very sweetly by the young lady in the window that I'd have to pay, they weren't going to remake the order that they messed up. Literally gave me the wrong food, and wanted me to pay for it to be corrected.
Our order was given to another. We finally asked where our order was and they said it was lost and we had to wait another 15 minutes to get our order.I know they were short handed but when we saw them going to the different cars around us asking what they ordered and skipped us, we didn't realize it was our order they gave to the wrong customer.
Solid service, they know what you want and how to make it, if you order something that takes 2 seconds to make, you get it in 2 seconds but if you order a lot you get it in a lot of time. Food quality is always what you're paying for, a bit above average for a but above average quality
Online order, got wrong drink but it was quickly and cheerfully fixed. Friendly car hop and food tasted good
This place is delicious 2 go too epically after school or work right after you work extra hard the whole day and you need a good hamburger to eat. This is a good place to go.
seriously one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had with a sonic. she picked up the speaker trying to end our order every time we said something we wanted, kept reading our total when we weren’t done. i am still waiting outside for a fork. i asked her to bring me one, and then asked another one to bring it out and they completely ignored me and didn’t bring anything out. i get people have bad days but man… i don’t think my 17 dollar order should’ve pushed this girl to be so hateful.

Haven't been to Sonic in a while and decided to try the Patty Melt. BAD IDEA. I ordered the Patty Melt simply No Mayo, No Mustard. There were no grilled onions, just a dried out burger patty, burned toast that was really tough around the edges from staying in the microwave too long and I was offered ranch and got a handful of ketchup. Needless to say..... I won't be back. Thank you Sonic for reminding me why I stayed away.
Asked for a grilled chicken (which is more expensive) came home, opened the bag and they gave me a crispy chicken. Rip off. Never go here.
