The wings were amazing. Hot and tasty. Well worth the price. As for the rest of the meal, it was just fine. The other meats were fine, as were the sides. Just ok. Maybe a little overpriced. The service was pretty good too, real friendly people.However, the restaurant was filthy. My wife and I tried 4 different times to get a drink from the fountain, each time there were a lot of black specs in the drink. The counters and floor weren’t looking great either. I don’t have a lot of confidence that the back looks any better than the front of the house.
Great food and service for our Mother's Day Family Reunion Lunch! The aattendant went above and beyond, and was so friendly. Everyone loved the food! It was perfect for our gathering, and no one had to lift a finger.
First visit, and will be our last unfortunately. Sprite machine kept pouring out black flecks, tried it several times. Floor and counters were dirty like they hadn’t cleaned up all day. We had a hair stuck to a wing also.Otherwise meat was fine, just not good enough to overlook how dirty the restaurant was.
I have had Roscoe’s once before and the barbecue was moist & delicious. We didn’t care for the sides at all and the banana pudding had green hard bananas in it! So when we decided we wanted to eat barbecue tonight we ordered from here again. Our food was not good at all! We spent $175 on dry dry meat that clearly sat out for quite some time! We also ordered sides and they left 1 side we paid for off, mashed potatoes had no gravy like it said it did, pintos undercooked, mac & cheese bland! We did dash this order but with the distance from pickup to drop off would not cause our food to be very cold! Most of our food was not eaten and wasted! $175 of food was a disgrace! I am embarrassed that I said this was good barbecue! I can’t believe the barbecue came from the same place we ordered from before!
I would be hard pressed to name another barbeque place that could compare easily. Savory, flavorful, and bountiful. Bacon ranch cheese fries are phenomenal and the jalapeno cheddar sausage tastes like how watching Interstellar feels. I give it all stars. All of them. In the universe. Cosmically.
The food just isn't good. The meat was a overdone, did not stand up on its own, and didn't get any better with sauces or sides. The smoked wings were good but to me, def not better than Twin Peaks (they really do have good smoked wings). In the land of bbq, Roscoe's does not stand out.
Roscoe's Smokehouse catered an event for our men's group - 40 people. The brisket was delectable, the pulled pork and chicken were tender and tasty. I didn't get much smoke flavor from the sausage but it was still good. The employee tending our buffet was excellent! Quick with additional food and very personable. Great first-time experience!

First visit, Fantastic! The brisket was nice and lean with the perfect bark. I also had Cole slaw and potato salad. Thhe portions were big! We'll return soon.
Banana pudding had good flavor but the bananas were cut when green and hard. Wings are pricey but the were really good. Staff wasn't very friendly. Its a Texas bbq place they should be more upbeat and welcoming!
