Dirty lobby, torn bench seats and employees act like they don't want to be there. I ordered our food to go. There were several containers of food to carry...I was not given a bag. This was my first time trying the place. I had no idea that I had to ask for salsa to go. They have a condiment bar. You can only get the condiments, from the bar, if you are dining in. That did it for me! The star is for the fresh food.
Don't eat here. The prices are too high and food quality too low. The Mexican women are racist, hateful and rude to you if you're a white woman, such as myself coming in with my Hispanic husband. They're too stupid not to know that white people speak Spanish too and know exactly what they're saying to each other. Their English is broken, almost impossible to understand and it's unprofessional.
50 dollars for 2 whole chicken! That is crazy, i know everything is sky high but this amount is ridiculous for CHICKEN
May 3, 2022 7:30 pm. I decided to give them another shot. I drive up and they don't have any chicken ready!! 30 minutes till the chicken will be ready! No more chancesI'm at the burleson location in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me!! Get to the window wait 5 more minutes then she says they are out of rice!
Avoid this place at all cost! I placed an order online 2 hours ahead and paid for it. When my Mom went to pick it up they said they didn't have it and made her pay again. When I called they would not refund my money I paid online they said to do it online. There's was not option to ask for a refund online. They apparently just steal your money! I will never return! I had to call my bank to dispute the charge.I will still not be back to this particular restaurant but the corporate office is excellent at dealing with their customers. Hopefully they can train the workers and management at this location to be better.They gave me my refund!Thank you!

Half Chicken dinner last few times I've been there has been over cooked and so dried out you can't eat it. And the beans are ALWAYS never cooked all the way through..Waste of money ? I use to love this place..
Came to the store to get a door dash order. No one would answer the drive thru and the doors are locked. Saw people in there so went to the window and the employee looked at me and walked away.
I’m from out of state and love this chicken. Came to this location, made me wait and hour after I placed my order just to be told there was NO CHICKEN!!! Came the following day, NO CHICKEN!! Came a third time… yep! You guessed it! NO CHICKEN!! WHAT DO YOU SELL THEN? The guy sarcastically told me, I don’t cook the chicken, I just sell it. WHAT ARE YOU SELLING IF YOU NEVER HAVE CHICKEN?? SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
We’ve gone here numerous times and they never have any chicken. Today we called ahead of time and the girl said they had chicken and it took us 10 minutes to get there and when we got there they had no chicken. This is has happen multiple times at this location and this that we’ve gone has been around 6-7:30. It’s pretty ridiculous this location used to be great
