All my wife wanted was cheese sticks. Hardly any cheese, mostly bread. Very disappointed in the lack of cheese.

Ugh, now I remember why we like Domino's more.1) we got way overdone *cheese sticks*2) ordered a hand tossed sausage pizza, got a thin crust.3) ordered a thin crust pepperoni and got a hand tossed pepperoni.4) ordered honey bbq wings, got plain sitting in a miniscule amount of bbq sauce.5) pizza/cheese bread were indented and not cut.6) I understand you guys are probably understaffed but after a hour a update/call would be nice.We're done with you,Domino's is our go to for pizza.I would like to get a refund on the receipt amount but I highly doubt that will happen.

I ordered a large with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. I received pineapple instead of mushrooms. Everything else was fine so maybe someone needs to learn the difference between mushrooms and pineapple.

THIS STORE IS NOT THE STORE TO GO TO THEY DID NOT BRING MY PIZZA AND WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTER PICKED UP AND TRANSFERED ME TO THE STORE. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER AND THEY KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD EVERYTIME I WOULD CALL BACK. WHEN I WOULD ASK FOR A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY TAKE ORDERS AND COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. EVERY TIME THEY WOULD TRANSFER ME THE STORE WOULD HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUNDS. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND THE STORE AND I EXPECT MY MONEY TO BE PLACED BACK ON MY CARD. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I THINK SOME DISIPLINARY ACTIONS NEED TO TAKE PLACE. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. FOR THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME.ANGRY CUSTOMER

I tried to call the restaurant to let them know where to leave the order because the sit was very glitch like and I sat on hold for over 10 mins... the site glitches out 9 times out if 10... so does the app and apparently calling to order is just as difficult

It was supposed to be touchless curbside. I hit here on email and noone came. I had to go in and get it

the pizzas were exactly as I ordered. The ingredients were perfect, no skimping at all this time!

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:00 PM, waited an hour for delivery and still nothing. Called the location and sat on hold for 40 minutes while my husband went ahead and went to the store to see what was going on at 7:30 PM. Our pizza was ready and sitting in the delivery bag, not the warmer, so the pizza was cold. When my husband said no one was answering the phone, employee said that “the people in the back don’t know how to answer the phone.” He offered a $10 credit for next time, but I believe there won’t be a next time. We paid the delivery fee and a tip and waited 2 hours for cold pizza.

I ordered online so this rating is 100% the delivery lady! She is always awesome! I order a lot for our company and she is always just so bubbly and wonderful. Always smiling, even when I know she must be getting slammed with deliveries. Give this woman a raise, or an award, or something!

It was over 1 hour from the time our pizza was cooked and “out for delivery” that it arrived. When it arrived it was COLD and soggy. I could of went to the store and bought frozen pizza and it would of tasted better! When inquiring from the store I got the excuse of “I only have one delivery driver, so you’ll have to be patient” I paid near $40 for food that was worth less than a $4 frozen pizza ?
