Every single time i come here they have either eliminated or they are out of one of the food choices on the menu. This has been an ongoing experience for several months and unfortunately this is it for my family and I.Also, after mentioning the issue at the drivethrough counter, the clerk indicated that it wasn’t really their fault?!? Actually, it is their fault…the buck stops with someone so don’t blame the pandemic, lack of workers, or whatever excuse you want to make up…accept it and fix it for the next person because I’m done.

Two cars in the drive thru, no one in the parking lot because you can't park in it, they are redoing the flower beds. 10 minutes in the line. Pull up, boy opens the window and says, " $13.63". I hand him a 20, he hands me a five and a 1 dollar bill. I said I thought it was 13.63,he said it was, I said , then don't you still owe me? He sai,oh, you want your change. I said yes. He said, it will be a while , do you want to wait? So I handed him some change and said, here, now you owe me a dollar. I got to work, owned my order, looked like almost a half order. Tried to call 6 different times over the next 2 hours, no answer. Hard to believe a business can operate like that and stay open.

Hey we’re out of everything…okHey it’s because we’re closing an hour and a half early ..okComes to car , Hey what’s was your order again?Goes back in, comes back out, hey we’re out of the few things we told you we had.35 min later …. Didn’t get the food we ordered and not a single sorry for the wait!!!! Staff is a joke.

I have had it with this place half the time they are put of everything you try to order, they have been out of soy sauce for at least two months, and they are in the Kroger parking lot how dufficult is ir t to walk ober there and buy some soy sauce? then to top it off last night they have a sign they only take cash, after covid and everyone being preached at no cash, clon shortage, contact less payment ect they only take cash which no one has anymore. This place needs to shut down , it should not be that difficult to purchase fast food. I also should mention they never give you teriyaki sauce even though I ask for it at least 3 times I always have to go back to force them to give me teriyaki sauce.

Very bad service and very rude. I asked for a couple of more soy packets. She said she couldn't give me anymore cause they had shortage on soy. I told her I would pay for extra she still did not want to give me any soy. I'll NEVER go back. This isn't the first time I've had bad service from this place.

I was very excited that the food has it's own personal taste and it was very good food , I love Chinese food and this was good .

Dirty dining room area. One person handling IN PERSON and 3 serving cars at the drive thru... That's Backwards, People should be more important

Why does this location randomly close early? Says open till 9:30pm and at 8pm they are telling people in the drive through they are closed. I understand there are staffing issues occurring at various places, but if thats the case companies need to adjust their hours accordingly online and not waste potential customers time. Don't have enough staff for operations....change your hours.

Good food really large portions

Rarely has what we want and consistently gets our order wrong in the drive-thru leaving someone in our family without a meal. Tried calling and nobody answers.
