Consistent issues with opening and closing on time. Questionable if you can actually dine in or not as that changes daily. Drove all the way there, according to the hours posted on their door should have opened at 1030, it was 1130 and they were still closed. Food appeared prepped and ready to go, employees inside, not making eye contact or providing a reason for the late start. Get your act together panda, we’re hungry, don’t blame covid.
Went to this location at 11:30am and the store was closed and the chairs were on the tables, but their were plenty of employees walking around, the other people in the car next to me went up to the door and a lady told him it would be at least 5 more minutes till they opened. The parking lot filled up.I assume they did not want our money so we went elsewhere
Disappointed…Went by and had sign they were closing early (7:30- 2.5 hours before closing). As I am looking over what they had and about to order, I find out that they planning to lock the doors before the updated closing of 7:30pm.?
My only complaint about this location is when I ordered my meal I ordered the entree with one side and two entrees and instead of contacting me letting me know they don't have one they just wrote down. We are out of one of the entrees and decided to give me double of one. They didn't take it into consideration that I may want a different entree if they were out but they didn't call me and to me that's unprofessional. So two stars. Hopefully they get better at this
If you want consistency I would advise you go a different location. If you excepted to show up during there normal business hours, think again. They are never open during there published hours. I have shown up several times to get lunch and associates inside tel me they are closed and the doors locked. 0/10 would not recommend. Management needs to figure something out.
it says close at 10pm but i been 2 nights in a row around 8pm and they was already closing up and done making orange chicken for the night

Never open when it’s supposed to be. Went to get dinner at FIVE PM and it was closed. Absolutely ridiculous. 5 pm on a Saturday. What a disappointment.
It’s 3:14 pm on Sunday. Google says they are supposed to be open. Yet I walked up to their doors, and it’s locked. If you’re going to be closed… update freaking Google, so that we don’t waste our gas coming here, if you aren’t even going to be open. Jesus Christ what the heck….is wrong with people. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
They close at 10 I was there at 925 they had very little food very little I asked them what they were going to cook anymore and they said no that they were getting ready to close my reply was you don't close till 10 didn't make any difference they didn't offer to cook me just a little bit of meat and vegetables very disappointed
