I don’t live near a location and but took the time to drive to this location! Good change from the normal pizza spots.
I love introducing Mr Jim's to other people so they can experience my favorite pizza chain. And today I was doing the same for someone in Crowley so they can become addicted like I am... However I think they are now turned off by it. We easily got the worst pizza I've ever had, anywhere, by far. I never thought this company was able to disappoint me. I'll take them to the Benbrook store, maybe I can save them before they decide to never order from this chain ever again.
I originally tried to order online, but the website wouldn’t accept cash as payment. So I called to order, but the price went up $2. I explained why I called because the website wouldn’t accept cash as payment. So I was being charged $2. More for their website not working. So I went ahead and ordered. After an hour, I still hadn’t received my pizza. I called and was told it was coming soon. Half an hour later, I called again, no pizza. Was told again, should be there soon. I told the manager I shouldn’t have to pay full price for being so late. I was told I could pay half price, asked him to call delivery person and inform him. That didn’t happen. When pizza arrived an hour and half after ordered, the driver had not been called, he immediately called the manager who said he didn’t agree to half price. It seems they have a problem.
This was the most hilariously bad pizza place in the world. My elderly co worker tried to order a pizza and the employee inside belittled him. Replying sarcastically to his inquiry about the price and being told that a coupon he has is to old for use when in fact it’s not. Went as far as to start cussing him out and hanging up on him. So I called back trying to resolve it only to be met with threats of calling the police. I literally just tried to order pizza and got threatened with harassment lol. I hope the owner will see this and respond or inquire further on this matter because we are a fellow business in town and I can’t imagine he/she would be accepting of employees behaving this way towards customers. The man who instigated this with my elderly co worker claimed to be the owner. Lord I hope that is not true.
Everything here is absolutely amazing. The owners and managers are extremely friendly as well. I've never had an issue with this location and have been eating here for over twenty years. Great job!
We love MrJims. Order from there often & are always happy! Tonight that changed. There was a serious "mistake" according to the manager on half of our order. I asked for a full refund since half our faculty wouldn't have dinner now & got a ridiculous explanation of why that couldn't happen. So his solution to giving us a full refund is to return all the order!! So now the entire family isn't eating and we're trying to get dinner at 8 pm. Bad management. I'm gonna miss you MrJim.
Sorry but this is my last order from here . I write this review as I heat up our cold pizza in the toaster oven that was delivered by a guy who appeared to not care if you ever get your pizza. For 40+ dollars I should be getting piping hot pizza. I will just order domino's for 1/2 the price and twice the temp.
Pizza was a little on the greasy side this time and they didnt cut it too good, Mr Jims pizza is usaully pretty good but todays wasnt quite as impressive
It is Thanksgiving Day 2021 and my wife and I are traveling on business. Turkey wasn't an option. We called Mr. Jim's and Lisa answered and was so kind. She shared that the owner was working that evening (presumably so his team could take some time off). Our pizza and salad were delivered quickly by a man whose name I did not catch but who was very gracious. He shared that his boss, the owner did indeed make our pizza. It was hot, delicious and obviously made with care. We felt very grateful for those who sacrificed a Thanksgiving with family and friends so that we might have a warm meal while away from home. There is a special place in heaven for folks like that. Thanks Mr Jim's Team!
These people make the best pizza! The problem is they never delivered my order. Told me they would have to give me store credit. Bull. I'm not paying for food I didn't recurve.
