Went on Father's day with entire family. It was crowded of course, but the staff was friendly and kind! Made us feel like we were the only customers in the store! Their homemade chips are a treat you don't want to miss!! Not your typical chips and salsa!! Excellent! All of us had a different entree. Everything was delicious!! Very clean restaurant! Which is getting harder and harder to find now-a-days. We will now add this to our list of favorite places to eat. Highly recommend if you are in mood for authentic Mexican food!
Ordered lunch taco salad and it was huge. Enjoyed and will have supper as well. Husband had cheese and onion enchiladas with rice and beans. Delicious food. Maria, our waitress, was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive.
I had the chicken street tacos and they were really good. Service was prompt and the server was very nice. The atmosphere was nice. I did not have a margarita but they looked great.
Fat Tuesday late lunch. Service good. Food good. Margaritas good. Nothing bad except loud hip hop music. At my request, they turned down the volume (background music should stay in the background). And hip hop is not appropriate for a Tex-Mex restaurant.Still, it's a favorite of hours. Not crowded at all (which is a plus for me).
Do NOT go here. Me and my family went on Saturday afternoon of this week. Everything seemed fine at first and the service was up to par and completely fine. The food came out normal and looked and tasted delicious. The real horror came three days after we went (Tuesday, march 1st 2022.) waking up last night I felt intensely sick, stomach cramps, and feeling sick even after trying to eat thinking it was hunger pains. As time passed throughout the day I’ve been stuck in bed curled in agony from my stomach clearly rejecting what I ate there. To my surprise my sister messaged me and she is pregnant, she said she was throwing up non-stop all day long and could not eat ANYTHING. She ended up in the hospital as of 7:00pm for food poisoning and is on IV for fluids. My whole family has food poisoning now and we are all in agony. For the sake of your bowels and stomachs, DO NOT visit this location. They deserve to be shut down. The food we ate all included their chicken which clearly was contaminated beyond belief as my sister only had a FEW bites off of my plate. Ridiculous. DO NOT VISIT!
Worst experience ever at the burleson location. First some waiter felt the need to mouth at my son about his hoodie he was wearing. If he didn't like what my sons hoodie said he could have just kept walking.Our waitress was awful. I don't know if she was new or what. Asked for corn tortillas multiple times. She never brought us any but took all her other tables some. She never asked if we would like a desert. Even knew we were there for my bday yet she never asked. She put everything on one ticket then messed it up when we asked her to split it so everyone was paying for their own stuff.Worst experience ever.
Not too busy for a Saturday night. Had chips, hot sauce & queso while we waited on our meal. The queso was delicious I think but pretty cold so not up to its norms on tastiness. Had traditional tacos (ground beef) for dinner which were really pretty yummy. The charros were good too. Great taste! My dinner partner had beef quesadillas. They were very wet so not really good I'm sorry to say. If the pico de gallo & the jalapenos had been put on a separate place, the quesadillas probably wouldn't have been soggy. The meat could've used more spices too & there was really a ton of it compared to the cheese or anything else in them. Just not up to their norms at all, sadly - it was very disappointing. This has become one of my favorite places to eat lately but tonight was sure NOT their night as far as our dining experience went. The restaurant was busy but not horribly loud like places can be at peak dinner time. That was a nice change! It also seemed very clean given how busy they were.
We went for my husband's birthday and everything came out great. Awesome waiter took very good care of us. Thank you!
First time at this Mexican Inn. I had the usual the Tampico. It was excellent and very tasty. Only had a 10 minute wait for a table and the service was great and the waitress was very friendly
Real nice place. Food was good. The tortillas need to be warmer. I'll be back.
