Do not care about there employees the adults speak down on the younger employees horribly including the managers even gossip about them like there still in high school. They keep there favorites inside to work and make the others stand outside to take orders all day long in Extreme weather on tablets one of the reasons why the line is so backed up and orders always getting mixed up.Almost all of the employees quit last week why there always understaffed and always hiring. They have a menu bored for a reason this is “Not Chicken-Fil-A” the line would go much faster if the get rid of the tablets and also more customers would know what they want to order instead of guessing off the top of there head.
I like that they have adopted the Chick-fil-a method of taking orders via a mobile device in the drive thru lane but you can't see the menu before you order that way. I rarely buy from McDonalds so I didn't order some items I would have.
Horrible. You can taste the nasty old oil on their food. Stank up my whole car. Usually we love the fries smell but this was just gross.
My mom ordered an iced caramel latte, and the employee proceeded to ask "would you like that hot or cold?" and then asked if we wanted it to be vanilla. This isn't even the first time they've asked that; it's happened at least four times. One of the employees did give us an extra thing of fries for free though. Prices have gone up a small amount due to inflation, but overall this location is pretty decent.
They messed up my daughter's cheeseburger happy meal and we didn't notice until we got home. Not only did they replace it for free the next day, they gave her some free cookies AND gave me the meal I was going to pay for, for free. Michael the manager went above and beyond. One of the more pleasant fast food experiences in recent memory. Thanks, Michael.
Good quality on food with good time from.order to delievery. Where Mc'D fails today is order accuracy. Why am I expected to pay $13 only to return to counter to get exactly what I ordered AND PAID FOR? I would think that accuracy of order is part of the service paid for! If your ok with poor service at full price, Mc'D is where you go.
Play ground area was closed still better than the last one I went to was able to dine in

Received wrong order. Told them about it & then, Was shouted at very rudely, WHAT DID YOU ORDER? Told them, received correct order but no receipt. I called to have them look up my receipt so I'd know what to deduct from bank. They didn't look up my receipt! The guy just rang up what I ordered & told me that figure. He wasn't looking at my receipt, as he said he was. When I received my bank statement I saw the real actual amount. I was charged about $2.00 less than what guy on phone was telling me. I know they have a way of going back & finding my actual receipt. This guy didn't do that, but told me he was looking at it. I hate liars!!! Unless I'm dying & there are no other Mickey D's around, I will not go back to that one in Mansfield. Rudeness & lying to a customer does not deserve $15. an hour!!!
There's one guy outside taking orders and he is very slow...cars waiting for orders and the ladies at the window were rude gave me the wrong order then act as if I was lying...they gave me no apples for my oatmeal. No straws for our drinks. No picante sauce as requested. I ordered 4 hotcakes and they gave me 1 syrup. Just horrible service.
