Awful experience, they messed up every part of our order. They took over 20 min to get out two burgers. They forgot our fries which took another 10 min. And they forgot our sodas. One of the burgers was just thrown in the bag not even fully wrapped up so it was spilling out in the bag. No apology or help they just dismissed and ignored. Honestly the computer kiosk are better to work with than the people.
I am not one to leave a bad review. I came through the line behind other cars at 11:20p.m. The ones in front was served. I was hanging out at your speaker for a good 10 minutes with other cars behind me. I decided to drive up to the window and seen a guy and he said closed behind the window. I understand if your tired and close early. But you can at least turn your lights off so then we can go somewhere else. You need to change your hours on your website to… Close when we want too instead of 12:00p.m.
I ordered a Big Mac no lettuce. I don't understand why I got a burger with NOTHING ON IT!!!! I drove home to eat and I got nothing to eat... I wish I knew how to post pics on here you would see exactly what I am talking g about!!!! SMH!!!
Came through drive thru and one long wait. That I can however handle we are in a pandemic where also no one wants to work anymore. However when I get not just one but two of my order of fries cold cold. Then asked for a new one as I’m stating I’m sorry to be that person but really they truly were cold not even warm. Then after making ONE not remaking both fries we hand them the small fries simply because we won’t eat them that cold and they say “oh we can only do one” first off I wasn’t asking and two if I was I paid for a hot meal not cold French fires. And only reason I went as far as to even make this review was that once I drove off and and opens my cheeseburger it too was cold. Only warm theming we got were the fries we asked to be made. … so here it is they made me become a Karen not cool. McDonald’s can do better customer service than that!
Service was extremely slow and received cold food. Due to covid play place was closed (which was upsetting not only to my kids but several families that showed up, though I understand). Unfortunately we also witnessed several people come in from the drive thru complaining loudly about their meals as well. Will visit in the future to hopefully update with a better review.
Manager (Dustin) needs to do a better job with his crew. There moving too fast and not checking orders to make sure everything is correct before handing customers there order. I had to go back home get a receipt for a freaking dollar cheeseburger. Dustin is petty. If someone is spending $25 that type of money shouldn't need no receipt for their mishap. The receipt was for order from the day before.
Just went through and order taker wasn’t listening when taking the order and kept joking around. Saying is it was be $700, then $200.Order was wrong to nobody’s surprise.Took it in to he be fixed, people kept staring and laughing, and the woman dealing with burgers took the ones I gave her and put them in another persons kids meal and handed them out. When I called to let the manger know she was yelling at me and saying I was wrong, they were in the trash. Was snickering and laughing with the other employees about it and hung up.This McDonald’s has always been bad but I never thought it would be this bad.Im just tired and wanted to get my food and get home. Why is that so hard??
Pretty bad. I realize in this day and age the price of beef is skyrocketing, but $4.65 for a quarter-pounder with cheese was ridiculous. Mainly because the patty was barely there and second they left the cheese off. The kicker was that the add cheese was printed on the receipt. How do you mess that up? Will never be back to this Mickey-D's.
Had to use cashews machine. No one at register. Order very simple, but took about 20 minutes. Others walked in after and got a cashier and received order. Saw help putting hands, with out gloves, on everything. Highly recommend you stay away if you want quality, a unified, food/service.
They cook their food hot and melt the cheese and even the pickles and onions taste fresh. Best mcds ive been too
