Nicest people I’ve come across in a really really long time. They were friendly and the ice cream was perfect!!
By far the best ice cream in Burleson, Texas. I love it better than a similar chain niche shop... if you know what I mean. 4 stars only because customer service needs a little more training on how to service customers, other than that... I'd be back with my entire family. We tried Butter Pecan with Heath bar pieces, Rocky Road, and Pistachio with maraschiono cherries.
Always great service. The employees are so friendly and nice. An employee named Mariah help explained ordering process to me. All the ice cream and cones are homemade. The best ice cream I’ve ever had!!
I get ice cream from this location all the time. The last time I went was about a week ago. One of your young male workers had a hand injury and it looked like his knuckles were bleeding. He served ice cream with no gloves on. Please make sure that if your employee has an injury they wear gloves! It is very unsanitary to coop ice cream with bleeding knuckles with no bandaids or coverage on them.
Use to love this place. The girl and the guy that are standing next to each other were so rude. The guy totally ignored us in the beginning just talking. Then he just stood there on his phone. I know there was alot of us but maybe if he wasn't on his phone the line would have gone down. Then I asked the girl for chocolate syrup on top and she just put a line. When I use to get the other girls would do a swirl of chocolate. Never had a bad experience till now. I would always go get my kids cakes from here. The ice cream is very good as well. But I don't think I will be back to this location again. Very bad customer service.
Showed up at 9:59pm and it’s Saturday night and the website says open till 11pm. We walk in and they said they just closed. Either I call BS or they need to update there hours probably online.
Best ice cream place in town! Kind of pricey in my opinion, but love the ice cream options and tons of add-ins available. Friendly staff plus free samples to try whatever ice cream you want.
Extremely dissapointed tonight. Brought my 10 year old daughter in for her first time ever to a marble slab and the petit blonde teen girl working there was SUPER rude.. the moment we opened the door I saw her get bothered. My daughter took a couple minutes to decide on icecream flavor and the whole time the girl had attitude then my daughter took another 3 minutes or so to decide on toppings and this girl glared at my daughter for taking too long. My girlfriend with us asked for a regular waffle bowl and because the girl had to go to the back to get more she rolled her eyes and gave more attitude..Super unprofessional and It's obvious this girl hates her job. Highly disappointed for my daughters first experience and my second time here, at a place I hoped my daughter would enjoy. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the gentleman working there was very kind and friendly to me.
If we could give 0 stars we would, the two teenagers working has so much attitude it was Insane. We were trying to make their lives easier by being as nice as could be but nothing but attitude. Don’t ask what we would like if you’re going to be mad about doing it.
