Whole entree left off the order plus the kids drinks. Had to drive all the way back up there after I was assured when I picked up the order that everything was in the two bags.Not offered anything as compensation for having to drive all the way back to the restaurant. Not even a free drink while I waited.Horrible experience and now I get to go home and get cold food.Picture attached for proof of order.
I had the worst experience and it was because of the manager Candice. My steak was well done and I had ordered it medium rare. I simply asked the manager what temperature she thought my steak was and she proceeded to call me rude and had a very bad attitude. I have never been treated so badly. When the waitress came back she was very apologetic, as if she had to apologize for her frequently. The waitress and kitchen manager were great. When the waitress asked Candice to help with the ticket she refused. I have been in customer service for a very long time and this is not how you treat people. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for her.

So I went there today.Everything was cold, they stole my bacon and cheese from my cheese sticks...overall a disappointment. Only 2★ cause the waiter was good enough.

Went to Logan’s tonight for a much needed night out. I ordered the mesquite grilled salmon which is usually amazing but when it came it was half cooked. The waitress was great about it and took it to have it corrected. When it was brought back it was obviously microwaved. The waitress went to get a manager twice but a manger never came. The waitress did take it off our bill but I left without my entree and very dissatisfied.
Gave them our number to notify us by text when a table was available and found out they had forgotten us after we saw others being seated before us. Food came timely but everything tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Asked for a medium rare steak for my wife and we received an almost burnt rubbery steak. Asked for more butter for the rolls and they gave us a whole new basket of rolls with butter. This was an awesome plus.... but then we had even more rolls with the same not enough butter dilemma. No refills on the drinks and had to drink my wife's drink to wash things down. Hoping this isn't normal for them and maybe there was some explanation for the food and service for that day. Just really disappointed....
Service was good. Ordered two sirloin steaks they were so tough we couldn't chew them. Side of Mac and cheese was forgotten and brought out cold. Ribs were OK.
All the food was fresh and good flavor. My first time and I will be back.
Visited on Saturday Feb 5, my waitress was named Sarah was awesome!!! She made sure we had our food fresh and hot once it was ready. Beforehand she made sure we had appetizers and drinks and she was friendly and knowledgeable about different choices of steaks. Thank you Sarah for making my family and I first visit to Logan's a wonderful experience!
