Waited at the drive thru. Couldn't get anyone to respond. Parked and went inside. No one would come to the counter to wait on me. As far as I could tell, there were only 2 young men working there. There were no customers. After several minutes someone finally took my order. When I got the order home I found the napkins literally wadded into balls and thrown in the bag. The sandwich was good. The service was terrible.

I’m sorry but whoever the owner/operator of this KFC is should be ashamed. Walked in there June 18, 2022 at around 3:50 PM. I was greeted by a few employees who were clearly eating in the kitchen area telling me that the inside was closed which is fine. I went in after sitting in the drive-through speaker box for like five minutes which prompted me to go inside. So I get back in my car and wait at the speaker box for another few minutes and still nothing. This place hasn’t changed in the last few years. Coming from the Restaurant Business myself I thought maybe the few years that had passed may have allowed them to hire some people that actually cared about their business. It’s so offputting that this particular location cares so little about their customers that they are willing to let them walk away without spending a single dime. I don’t know how they stay in business when they turn all of their customers away.

Would not recommend.They got my order wrong yesterday and so I called and they agreed to Replace it when I come back today and took down my name..Well when I came today to get my order they claimed that my name was not written down anywhere and asked me who I spoke to with, the gentleman never told me his name. Only asked for mine...After going back and forth they finally agreed to give me my order and I went ahead and ordered a additional order on top of my replacement order.Then they tried to charge me for both orders and I told them I Wasn't paying for my replacement order once again. After driving off I realized they got my additional order wrong as well

These negative reviews are on point and it's sad to say as I love KFC. Stopped in to get a family 16 piece meal for a team meal only to get back and find old, burned, falling apart, chicken crammed in the bucket. The coleslaw was spoiled and sour, the Mac &cheese was undercooked and lumpy, the mashed potatoes were bitter. Literally threw out $45 of food and found something else as there was no way I'd EVER serve this crud to anyone. This place should be checked out by a health inspector due to No gloves, no hair/beard nets and handling of food with bare hands. Very disappointed.

I ordered and paid for a 3 piece white meat chicken meal.....and got 2 pieces and this is one of them. I also paid $.35 for the itty bitty jalapeno. I'm done with this KFC. I'll stop back by in a couple of years to see if the quality gets better. Take care. After eating the chicken, I had to lower my rating. If I had a pig, i wouldn't feed it that slop.

I am an UberEats driver. I arrive at 8 pm to pick up an order. The store was closed, even though their sign indicates that they close at 11pm!I spoke to an employee who informed me they closed due to short staff. They only had 3 people on shift, so decided to close early. I really find that unacceptable. Three people should be able to run at least the drive thru.Management should have an adult on the night shift to make sure people are working, especially if they have on-line orders coming in.

They have been super more then friendly and the food is always fresh and the employees do a super awesome job at their work. Shout out to Ronald Edwards, Miss Noemy and the rest of the crew here. Keep up with the great work and stay blessed!

Terrible Terrible Terrible KFC, please do not go to this KFC. Burned chicken in the bottom of the bucket. They do not provide fresh chicken but burned chicken. What' a terrible customer service. And we do not understand what the guy is saying on the drive thru. This place does not take care of their food well, it needs to be thrown away foods.

Shame on this owner for allowing lies about the employment to be displayed on their sign. We have the highest employment rate im history. Just no one wants to work for this industry any more. This industry has a history of abusing employees and poverty wages. Your sign is insulting and degrading when your real issue isnt people wanting to work its peolple not wanting to work for you. Ill never go here. How mucb do you pay ? About the same as a gallon of gas.

After waiting 15 or 20 minutes in front of the store for my order I was asked if I was door dash after another 5 minutes I went in the store.. they said they gave me extra chicken and extra biscuits for my wait...get home I have no gravy for my extra potatoes. All while watching an employee drive in circles thru the drive thru about 3 or 4 times. Step it up kids!! Maybe Chicken Express is worth the price after this experience today. What a joke.
