This location is NOT freaky fast. They are pretty slow actually. I rely on the speed they claim to have so that I can finish my lunch hour on time, but this is not the place for quick service. They weren't very good at listening to the order and had to ask several times for me to confirm what I wanted. Not terrible but not good by any means.

Just picked up an online order and there’s tuna all over the bottom of my sandwich. Literally the bottom. Like they dropped tuna onto the wrapper and didn’t care enough to get a new one. It soaked into the bread, disgusting. I didn’t even order tuna? They also gave me cheese when I said no cheese, and my pickle (supposed to be cut into fours) was cut in half, then one side was cut into a half. So I had two fourths and just a whole half a pickle? Something else to add, the bigger lady that works there is always very rude, and acts inconvenienced by your presence every time.

Prep more and anticipate how much bread to proof. Especially on a Sunday when you know it's going to be busy. Either hire more people or have a store meeting because this store has been sub par lately. Very disappointing. Props for when things do go right.

The 2 guys working this evening deserve a shout out. I came here with my grandma who has a hard time walking, they noticed from the inside of the store and ran to hold the door open for us. Super helpful on the menu, explained everything clearly. Normally when I come to Jimmy John's they call out the order but they brought the order to us. Perfect customer service.

Absolutely one of the worst Jimmy Johns ever. Takes you order online called me back 3 different times ordering saying they cant complete your order due to not having enough food. How about closing the website if your business cant do its job and then your refund takes 10days to process to get back. Someone needs to add another franchise cause this place is garbage.

Placed an order on the app for pickup and the app kept stating my credit card info was incorrect, which it wasn’t. After several unsuccessful attempts, I checked by bank account and they charged me for the order, so I assumed it would be ready. Arrived at the location 10 minutes later, which was 6:30 PM on a Sunday, to find the lights were off, the door was locked but there were seven employees inside. I called and was rudely placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Ended the call and called back and spoke to a young female employee. I explained the situation and she stated they had to close early due to a $2,000 catering order. I informed her that I was charged for the order yet they had no order history for me, with her explaining that her and another employee contacted everyone who placed online orders to inform them that they could not be done. I never got a call. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she stated she was the “general manager”. I asked to speak with her manager, which she replied that she didn’t have time nor the desire to speak with me and hung up. Obviously I will never be returning to this location again.

Ordered at 12:34pm and never received my order. I called to speak to the manager, Jonathan twice with no outcome. I understand companies are short handed but a phone call letting me know about the extended wait would have been nice. This has been an ongoing problem with this location. Hopefully JJ's is able to make food "Freaky Fast" again.

Manager working on 01/17/2022 was very unpleasant to me and her co-worker. I called to try and void an online order immediately (due to a work conflict). I was hung up on with no attempt at a call back. When I came into the store, the manager was extremely rude and seemed to just not want to be there in general. I am a very loyal customer and want this issue brought up. Love the food. Oh and the younger girl wearing glasses today was so sweet. Give her a shout out.

Went to the restroom and wrote this reveiw. Sandwhich just came out and they are out of Roast Beef.Edit: Im not giving you my address. Went into the store to get a sandwhich, and the staff is not quite up to JJ standards. They were out of roast beef and it took probably 3 minutes to get my sandwhich out. I went to the restroom, washed my hands, came back and had to sit down. I used to come to jimmy johns on a regular basis, and i think the work ethic has dropped over all. They had a cashier and two people on line, in college station my sandwhich would have beat me to the end of the counter. I can only imagine how long people would have to wait if the place was actually busy. You guys have a good system, you just need to make sure the employees are following it.

Went in to place an order at 5:20 pm, told they are closing soon. Okay ask for a #9, told can't have a 9, 7, or 5 because they are working on a catering or. What kind of sandwich place can't make a sandwich and closes at 5:30????
