I love this place. Quality is always the best. Staff does it's best to get the food out quickly despite cutting every sandwich fresh.Couple tips.Order ahead, but it will still be a wait.Wish there was better parking, always a struggle(not their fault)Online orders need to have the option of kids meals, it doesn't. So you will have to order in store for this.
I'm inside the store right now writing this, and I have to say the atmosphere in here is perfect. There are chill oldies playing, the air is nice and cool, and the place is freshly wiped down. A massive thanks given to the team working here, they helped me figure out what sub was best for me and swiftly got me my sandwich.The drink selection is nice, from watermelon tea to vanilla cream soda. The sandwich selection is also quite clear cut and there is a little something for everyone. I'm definitely recommending this location to others and coming here often in the future!
I have loved Jersey Mike's since I discover them in NJ over 20 yrs ago. So I was excited to see if the one here would be good and they are great! The employees are clean, accurate and definitely make great subsI was shocked when on of their employee saw me and said "the number 11 right? I didn't think I was in their enough times for someone to remember my order. Dedication. Go visit this location. It's awesomeness!
My co-worker recommended that I get lunch here. I'm so glad I did. The service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff and I got the best sub I've ever had. I will definitely be eating here more often.
I have been to this location now a few times. Our family loves a good sandwich so when Jersey Mike's came to Burleson we were excited. The first time we tried it some of us liked it and the others not so much. We have been back trying different things to see if we could find something we loved. This past Saturday we decided to stop and grab a sandwich for a quick lunch. The service was horrible. There is an older man who is very grumpy. I am not a regular so I need to look at the menu. I do not know the "mikes" lingo. I requested to have my sandwich warmed on the grill and the older man got annoyed. I paid $55.00 for 4 sandwiches, drinks and chips. I expect to be treated better than this. What has happened to customer service? I wanted to love Jersey Mike's because again we love a good sandwich. After this experience we will not be returning. Sad thing is I think this man might be the manager. He was being very rude to the young kids he was training and talking down to everyone. Sandwiches are subpar and since I didn't know the lingo I got "oil" on my sandwich which made the bread very soggy.

Was not super impressed with the taste of the food. Honestly a little bland.
Been several times now and the food has been good, but there have also been issues. Couple weeks ago my to go order was missing one of the kiddo’s sandwiches so I had to drive back for it. They replaced it but didn’t volunteer any effort to make it right that I had to drive back. Tried again tonight because I know the place is still running a new team. Store wasn’t kept real clean. Food prep area could be wiped down, particularly the slicer?I’m a regular to the franchise, and it’s good, but not my go to if I have a choice between this and their other locations. Las Colinas location is run like such a well-oiled machine, and I hope they get things dialed in here in Burleson.
So glad they are in Burleson! Awesome Italian subs and the steak/chicken subs are great. The red pepper relish is so good too. Every time I've been in the staff is very friendly as well. Love these guys!
