Quick and fast always.. can't beat the breakfast jack for a quick breakfast on the go.....6/14/21..horrible..1star ... Came back on 6/22/22 Some lady that was at the counter was cussing and interacting with the manager.. They gave her free food I'm guessing she worked she worked there but was not on shift. The photo attached is the person that got free food and that was causing. She was not mad at the employees they were cutting it up.
This review is not because of drive thru staff but... This Jack in the Box is on my home from work late at night. The past two weeks I ask (and pay) for extra cheese on my tacos. Not only do I not get the cheese, the shells are stale. There's no lettuce in them. I don't know what's going on at night but please instruct your guys how to properly prepare food. Thanks!By the way, your drive thru worker is very polite.
Always great staff every time I go to jack in the box, super sweet and very helpful. I went this night and a very old 2 teeth man became very rude and disrespectful. I think he began making jokes ( that made no sense) and really took me by surprise with his terrible customer service skills. I got all my food so I’m very happy with that, but teach your workers to be polite. ( I hope you enjoy your nickel).:)
Picked up lunch for my wife and delivered it to her at work. Went the drive thru route and was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out quickly and the lady at the window was friendly and polite.
This jack in the box should be shut down, not only did they only give me 6 tacos earlier when I paid for 12,but when I went again this evening to get a burger the workers said they ran out of buns… so I said okay that’s fine I’ll just get some tacos. Needless to say I was missing a taco… WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE EMPLOYEES THERE?!??? Like seriously this place needs to be on watch or something.
Bridget was respectful and represented a flawed brand better than they have earned, while the manager in duty( Linda, I think)suffered from superiority complex and was speaking down to employees. Witness with my own two eye holes. Might have names wrong but still, place needs some help. Understandably they were irritable due to being short staffed. Food cooked well enough for the place and overall would still come back lol.
Used to love Jack in the Box but lately I've HATED it. Not sure if it's just this location but their tacos are DISGUSTING now. Not sure what they're doing with their taco meat but it's pretty nasty.
went to get 12 tacos. I PAID FOR 12 TACOS. they gave me 6…… terrible place to go to and the people at the window are rude af even if your smiling trying to make them have a better day.
The GM is a delight to speak to, early 8n the morning or in afternoon when she's been there all day. She's always a friendly face!
Went drive thru about 1030am no one in front of me. Friendly staff and quick service my food was fresh very tasty.
