Worst service in the industry. Waited at the door to be seated and was told to hang on because the seater was busy counting receipts. Then finally was seated at a filthy table serves coffee in a dirty cup and waited for almost an hour to have someone never come to me to take my order before I decided to just walk out. Everyone walking in after me was served except me. I did notice I was the only white person there. Maybe that had something to do with it.
WORST ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM THE WAITERS AND MANAGER IN A RESTAURANT! Last time we will come to this restaurant. It took 30 minutes for the waiters to decided which of them would take our table by yelling to each other in front of other customers. After the yelling across the table, one of them decided to come and take order, she took our order. We let other 10 minutes pass and didn't bring our beverages. We saw 3 tables been help that had just been seated. Manager was not aware of what waiters were helping the customers. Place was not busy since it was Sunday at 2 pm. There was not even a wait time for us to be seated. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Talk about rude and lousy customer service on top of cold food and incomplete orders. This is DEFINITELY NOT the place to get your food or expect quality service. Placed an order to pick up for a family of 5 and not one of the meals was complete or correct. Top that off with rude service and an attitude of it's not their problem and that's what you get. Such a disappointment to find another location that doesn't care and is okay with this kind of treatment towards customers.
Waiter was very nice but he went in the prep area, blew his nose and didn’t wash his hands but continues to serve food. Last 3 times I went there all my coffee cups had lipstick on them.
Omelet made just as ordered. First set of pan cakes were over cooked but they corrected for me. Waitress was not attentive and slow to requests
The waitstaff at this IHOP were very customer centered. We were acknowledged shortly after entering. Our food was delicious. We both got the 2X2X2. Although they were very busy, they were still very pleasant.
Subpar to other IHOPs. Ordering curbside was nice - they do add a tip option on checkout.Got to the restaurant, it was not busy, called the curbside number 4 times, ended up going in to pick up my order with no shoes on. Got home and was missing gravy for the chicken fried steak, missing a side of fruit, and only recieved 1/2 the sausage links (ordered a side of 4). In addition to the non existent wait staff, the food was bad. Would not recommend this location.
The server was great. The food was great. It did not take long to get it either. Right off the interstate . Great location.
This establishment is awful. Rude staff including the manager. Have issues serving African Americans. Wasn't able to order due to unprofessional behavior of staff and manager. Contacted corporate and they done nothing regarding the incident that occurred at the restaurant. Manager should be fired. Poor representation of the manager reflecting company and before his team of staff members.
This IHOP has good and quality customer service, they all go above and beyond!!! The waitres Trista provided us with great courtesy and brought us what we ask for with no hesitations.
