Staff is awesome. Chicken is very good. But the Catfish leaves much to be desired (was very mushy).
They say they close at 10:00 but if you are there at 9:45 they will be closed & won’t serve you. Delicious chicken but they obviously don’t take the customers very seriously.
Visited this store with my mom via drive through yesterday and I just had to give a shout out to Jevan, cause not only was he working and serving a full lot on Easter but my mom was being a very impatient world class jerk and Jevan handled it so gracefully! I was honestly impressed with his wonderful service and I definitely take comfort in knowing this place has such nice and awesome employees! Jevan, if you ever see this I'm so sorry about my mom and I so hope your day got better! Thanks again so much!❤️

Here's an idea. I understand that you don't want to waste food. However, when you try 3 times in one week to get food from here and they tell you every time that it will be at least 20-25 minutes maybe you should check the par levels on how much to keep in hand. You can't get customers when you have nothing to serve for longer than a sit down restaurant takes. By the way I really like the chicken here and when they have it, it's great!
I ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn’t believe I paid $8.50 for this! I’m sure it was microwaved and the mash potatoes taste like plastic. Never again will I go here. ? I should get a refund
Apparently counting to 25 is not in their skill set. I think they can only count to 18 because I ordered 25 tenders and only got 18. I have a family of 6....so I really needed the 25. This location has gone downhill really really badly over the last year.
Got boneless wings, was awful, soggy and no taste, my dogs wouldn't even eat it. Midlothian location

Terrible service, rude drive thru lady was older Hispanic lady whom.should know better. food was old and gravy was clumpy! chicken was under cooked, lids did not fit on containers since food was spilled. green beans were full.of vines of the beans and less beans
