Good food and the staff is the best! They got the sandwich making business down.
I ordered a 12" Turkey Bacon Ranch, half to eat right away and half to go home. It was so good I ate the entire sub and had nothing left to take home.Helpful and pleasant staff, great sandwiches and side dishes, a most unusual soda fountain with something for everyone, and you can donate to their worthy Foundation.I highly recommend Firehouse Subs.
customer service was great and friendly and they got my order correct. The sandwich was awesome better than the other sandwich place.
I used to go to a Firehouse Subs in Irving before I moved to the Burleson area and this was the first time I had tried this store near me. They got rid of almost all the sauces so there was only just a few to choose from. I also ordered double meat on my sandwich and they didn't give it to me. This location is just a tad further than I would want to go for a sandwich but I can't say that I will be going back considering the lack of sauces and getting my first order wrong here.Edit: I went here one more time and they got my order wrong again. This place just can't get orders right.
Delicious Subs! My favorite is the Hook&Ladder. ?
Let me start by saying I LOVE their subs. Best sub there is and it's not all that close. But this location can not figure out my gift card. I bought it from Kroger, and they blame Kroger. I buy TONS of GCs from Kroger, and this single business is the only one that has a problem. I reached out to corporate and they clowns sent me a BLANK replacement GC! Complete ineptitude. I will never be back and that's a shame because their sandwiches are amazing. ☹
This is the 1st time we order from Firehouse Subs and unfortunately, we were really disappointed. We reside 30+ minutes away and we wanted to try the tuna sandwich they offer.We reviewed the website before going and knew what additional items we were going to get. We ordered to go and when we got home, it was only a tuna sandwich with cheese. no lettuce, tomatoes or anything we requested. they added cheese without asking! I spent 20 dollars on 2 pieces of bread with a little bit of tuna and the sandwiches are even smaller than Subway! 6 inch! :(It was pricy due to being gluten free bread We are both allergic to gluten but when is smaller than the 6 inch at subway, very disappointed!!!! i am sticking to schlotzsky's or Jersey Mike's.
The food was okay but it wasn't to the standard I've come to know from Firehouse subs in the past. The barbecue brisket was just kind of thrown together with cheese on only half of the sandwich and the Italian that I ordered I've been made incorrectly and then normally it's not a big deal for me I had already driven away and granted I should have checked my receipt to confirm what they hurt me ask for as well as taking a look at the sandwich itself but it's still kind of a bummer when this happens.

Prep line lead legit told the cashier not to take any more orders with a line out the door. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
