mobile order. drink looked bland. not what i ordered. i can make my own coffee better than what i got served today.
Special shout out to Isabel who was leaving after being an hour over her shift, noticed that we were just standing at the counter, not being helped, and decided to stay long enough to take care of us.It's obvious that they are short handed, but this employee went above and beyond. Our iced coffee tasted amazing on this warm day.
i'm so tired of coming to this dunkin either in the drive thru or door dash and EVERY TIME y'all mess up something. most of the time it's multiple things. today i ordered a bagel extra cheese and didn't get extra cheese. why can't y'all ever read an order correctly? i try calling up there 3 times in a row, no answer.
They always run out of donuts! They don’t even make donuts in the second shift like they do in San Antonio. By 9:00am they are out! They need to make more donuts knowing they are the only ones in the south side of ftworth! Awful! Can’t wait to talk to their superiors cuz the manager is as rude as the workers!
The manager, Barb, was very weird as she never trained me and proceeded to assume that I had a learning disability because "I didn't know how to do things" which was incredibly rude as I am high school student making all A's while taking rigorous classes... She also proceeded to mass spam call my phone to ask if I was at work when I was in the building. I don't know if she works there anymore but my experience with her was horrible and I feel bad for anyone that works there.
Craving dunkin chocolate frosted Visit drive thru 9:45 am.Received the driest, stale donut ever. Had already left the window.The birds I tossed it out the window to even gave me the side eye it was so dry...
I pulled up 20 minutes before closing to pick up an Uber order , lobby was closed early so I went through the drive through, the girl said the order was cancled and I said “ no it’s still active “ she said “ well we don’t have the items so we can’t make it” and I said that’s fair and pulled around to call and fully cancel it for them. They kept staring at me so I told them Uber is trying to call to cancel. They looked me dead in the eye and said “ we don’t pick up calls and we don’t have a phone “ and then picked up the phone answered Uber and immediately hung up. Girls were rude and straight liars . Do better .
Left a few minutes ago, everything was wrong and dry, girl at window left and came back 3x to tell me they don’t have basic things. Which I get it’s okay, but their attitudes weren’t. And after I paid gave me a cup with 6 dry donut holes and said “sorry we actually only have six”…after I already paid..? Which is fine. But what made it all worse after they threw our food at us and walked away we realized we didn’t have a drink. So I pulled around and went inside. They girl shook a drink by the lid and said it was mine. And I asked which it was bc they were labeled wrong. And she just stared with her mouth open? I 100% understand not having stuff but I work at a establishment very similar and I would get immediately fired for how they acted. Also iced is not the same thing as frozen.
I love Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m very disappointed second time the don’t do my Oder right plus they burn it I understand one time but second time, Im not going back
I go here all the time and haven’t had a bad experience. In the mornings it can be very busy, but usually I can get in and out when I go in the afternoon. I prefer coming here for my coffee than Starbucks. The drinks here tastes the same every time I come, while at Starbucks it is less consistent.
