This is the reason why I don't work or order from this company anymore; sry wasn't able to take pics this time. So I did the coupon 5.99 on 2 or more items carryout special, getting two med pizzas and spinach feta chessy bread. Now the only items that tasted satisfying were the med hand tossed pizza with half sausage and half bacon for my kids and the spinach feta cheesy bread; my thin crust alfredo chicken and onion pizza tastes dry with not enough alfredo sauce, cheese, and there wasn't any oregano on it at all! I got all my items that I ordered but dominos company, in general, has always been very stingy with how much cheese or toppings they put on their items with or without us being in inflation. They need to improve on making a thin crust pizza more satisfying, like where u bite into a slice or square and think to urself, this hits the spot; sry I didn't feel that and haven't seen any improvement on their thin crust pizzas; edible but not satisfied.
We received burnt pizza and small chicken nuggets instead of boneless wings. I need a mf refund.
What a waste of money! Paid $60 for what turned out to be tasteless, dry, and terrible looking pizzas. Cheese you ask? Where? Because these pizzas had so little cheese, that for each pizza there was only 3 slices out of 10 that were even close to edible. Called the Domino’s manager to report the issue, and he was kind and offered to remake the food. We accepted, and waited for our better pizzas to arrive. Only problem was that the 2nd round was as bad as the first!! We will not be ordering from Domino’s again. I’ve had better Totino’s frozen pizzas than this junk!
LOVE the stuffed cheese bread but I’ve ordered the cinnamon knots twice and both times hardly any cinnamon and no flavor!
Always a great experience with this location. The one time I had an issue it was resolved quickly. Thanks for feeding our family.
We ordered carside to go and it was great! The food tasted good, was on time, and the guy who brought it out was really friendly. We'll definitely do it again :)
They close before their hours. They deliver luke warm pizza and they don't give you any incentive to pick up when they fail to deliver and you pick up and don't discount your delivery charge. This area pizza needs an overhaul.
Me and my family ate inside for my sons birthday dinner customer service was great but they looked a bit understaffed but those 3 employees were pushing out pizzas and taking care of walkin customers at the same time.
Horrible customer service I ordered my food at 9:40 pm on a Saturday and LACY called me to tell me that there is no driver to deliver my food and they are closing at 10 pm even though google and their store hours say 1 am is the closing time. I offered to pick up my food and she responded by telling me if I can’t be at the store in 3 minutes they are not making the food. I told her I placed my order at 9:40 pm she responded to me by saying so did 15 other people with a very snarky attitude. This is horrible I will be letting their regional manager know the situation. Thankfully I know her personally and the director of Mark Of Excellence Pizza Co. they will all know how miss lacy treats customers.
This place has gone downhill. Just called and asked if there were delivery drivers. They told me yes. Then i place an order for delivery and immediately got a call stating they were not delivering.
