We went for the 75 year anniversary special of chocolate dipped ice cream cones. Service was friendly and ice cream was so good!
Ok. Since when are non service dogs allowed in the store? This man came in with a young dog today around 12pm hour, went over to a loud woman and she fed it with her fork, then fingers and then started throwing the food on the floor for the dog to eat. It was not very trained, had no marking identification for being a service dog. I'm glad I was far enough away from them being I'm allergic to dogs. Manager shouldn't have allowed that.
I ordered tropical blizzard and it didnt have banana or dry coconut. I only ate half Of the blizzard and 30 minutes later I had diarrhea several times.
why has their dipped cones gotten so skinny , it a rip off not to mention it's nothing like DQ dipped cones. please FILL the cone up fat from the edge of the cone going up, no one cares about pretty over being ripped off, it's getting ate , I had to listen to my husband and kids complain about how skinny it was when it was SUPPOSED to be a fun family outing for a sweet treat... JS WE LOVE DQ and Always Will!!❤️
It's really a funny experience everytime I come here. I ordered food and 2 Blizzards. I was the only car in the line and another never entered the line the entire time I was waiting for my food. After getting up to the window and paying the Blizzards, frozen ice cream, were finished in about 45 seconds which was great! However, after giving me the ice creams right away I was asked to pull around and wait for my food. I figured they were making it fresh which probably was the case because the fries were crispy. But... It took 14 minutes from order to delivery. I've worked fastfood before and I know it takes around 4 minutes for fries to cook and about 6 minutes for a fresh burger to cook so I'm not sure why it took twice that long. It's not a labor shortage because there were a bunch of employees walking around in the store and zero customers. On a side note, the bun on my belt buster was stale and not very appetizing. All the other aspects of the food were good and the customer service wasn't bad, outside of the unusual wait, that's why I'm still giving a 3 star rating.Just a little feedback. If you're making ice cream with food don't give the customer the ice cream and have them wait for 14 minutes to get their food. The Blizzards were almost melted by the time I got home and ate my food.
Staff extremely rude, during different visits. I understand staff is hard to come by, but allowing staff to continually be disrespectful to customers is something that has me saying I will not return.
Food was great customer service was great. Lobby was clean.
Went for Taco Tuesday at this location in Burleson. I ordered the Taco combo which should've been around 5 something instead "because I wasn't paying attention" the new guy charged me regularly price, which was $9.50. I called later when I realized the mistake and the manager was super apologetic and is sending me a full refund plus coupons. She didn't have to do all that and she went the extra mile to take care of her customers. Everyone makes mistakes and their system was acting up. Thank you for being so considerate. I love Dairy Queen and how they treat their customers.
Dairy queen was a great America business. And then they sold out and moved to Canada for the socialized medical treatment. After all the carcinogens and poisoning they sold thanks in part to the FDA. Why would you want to destroy your society with trans fats and artificial sugar and products with red dye #40.
Quick service. My drink was great and my tenders were even better!
