Crumbl has some great cookies. Every week they offer a different array of flavors. And they never miss. I get a box once a week now, it's become a routine.
Very nice location, clean and friendly service. Will definitely be back for these delicious desserts. Flavors change weekly, you can order ahead if you like.
@secretshopper I know for a fact that if you order a 4,6,12 pack and want them in a different size box they do charge you. It’s nothing against you. Also did the other customer ask for more information on the cookies? As far as a more cheerful greeting maybe that’s just how you saw it but the employee wasn’t intending it that way. If you had a bad experience why is your first thought that it’s because of the color of your skin. I’ve seen many people of color work there and have seen the employees talking and having fun. I understand that sadly people do get judge based on the color of their skin but it does not mean that everything is because of the color of skin. Please do not judge a person based on one experience and without knowing all the facts. As far as tipping goes anyplace that serves food has an OPTION to tip. If you don’t want to tip then don’t
Normally I would tell you how much I love their cookies but their customer service not so much. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my friend who just had a baby. They were left on the porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell. When my friend went outside and found them they were covered in ants. When I called them to ask for them to be delivered again I was told to call door dash because there was nothing they could do. They said we can give you a refund…so I then asked instead of refunding my money just send the cookies and they said sorry we can’t do that. This is why I will stick with Tiffs Traats!
Love Crumbl cookies. Was passing through Burleson yesterday and saw there was a location. Cashier was friendly and store was clean. However, the cookies were not enjoyable. None of the cookies were uniform all big/different sizes(no complaint on receiving bigger cookies) but the 4 cookies didn’t fit comfortably in the box and instead we’re layered slightly on top of one another so that they would fit(not the best presentation). After arriving home, I was able to taste the cookies and they were ALL hard and 1 seemed as if it were completely burnt (making it impossible to bite into). I’ve been to other locations and have never experienced this w/ the cookies. Maybe this location was having a bad day, either way $13 down the drain. Very disappointed.

I love cookies! But I feel like every week can be a hit or miss on the flavors. Lucky charm was one of my favorites. Clean place and efficient. Pricey for cookies, but it's cool.

We love Crumbl Cookie! It all started when my brother in-law brought them to a cabin last summer. We were like “Oh, these are pretty!” Then we tasted them and our lives changed. Every week, we find ourselves looking at the new flavors and trying to figure out how we can get to a city that has a Crumbl Cookie! A very fun experience with delicious results! :)
