Waited for curb service and waited went in to pick it up girl said oh, I see you had curb side. Ruined meal.
Best service food is good love our waiter Isaac he is full of joy happy makes you want to come back.

Wife ordered kids sandwich, yep we're old. She was given undercooked hash browns ordered extra crispy. Tasteless bacon, which was a surprise! A dinky biscuit, it was not a sandwich, but given the small biscuit no wonder.My food was not as disappointing but not exactly stellar enough to raise the rating.My toasted sourdough bread was grilled on one side. The tomato on half toasted bread with mayonnaise was tater but soggy. Half roasted, did I mention? Two sausage parties void of moisture, I guess fat free sausage is a thing? I remember when cracker barrel first started, wow what a drop from excellence. Sad when staff and atmosphere rate higher than the food!I see no need to share further information about myself, use what you have to improve. Corporate owned is corporate run. I've sent a fair description of my experience use it to improve. My phone number won't change anything for you!
No idea why they give scheduled pick up times. If placing an online order, expect AT LEAST a 45min wait AFTER your scheduled pick up time. It is literally every single time, regardless of the day of the week or time. I’ve had it take up to an hour and a half after arriving at my pick up time. Tonight, I’m up to half an hour so far as I type this. Standing in a store or sitting in a parking lot for an hour waiting on food completely defeats the purpose of the convenience of online ordering. We don’t have this issue any place else so blaming it on the staffing issues, that every other place is experiencing as well, is nonsense.
We ordered the Sirloin steak entree, tbh I wasn’t thinking I was going to get a good steak. No weight was listed and the price was low. We both received a decent thick cut of steak that was cooked to medium per requested. Seasoned very well to compliment the sides we ordered. Usually I stick to the breakfast entrees, but I’m glad I chose to try the lunch/dinner entree.
We went here on Sunday 4-24 fromm 2pm to about 3:30pm and were highly disappointed. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated which is understandable on a Sunday afternoon. However after we were seated, we waited about 15 minutes for any waiter contact. Then another 20 minutes to order. Our food finally arrived and we waited another 10 to 15 minutes for our waiter who apologized for the slow service, saying "the kitchen is running behind". Needless to say this will be our last visit to your restaurant.off the place looked and smelled dirty. 0

Never disappointed when I eat here. Even during their busiest times the food is marvelous and the service is impeccable. Lets not forget the gift shop loaded with fun!
