This Cicis is incredibly slow getting food out and when it DOES come out, it’s sloppy. Working at a pizza place myself, I know the standards for making pizzas and that there’s a right amount of cheese and sauce to put. My sister thought she had grabbed a no-sauce pizza because there was so little sauce on it. She didn’t grab it from the no-sauce plate. The pasta is never done right. A lot of the time, too much of the pasta is hard and way too chewy. It is NOT im-pasta-ble to make good pasta. The workers don’t prioritize the pizzas that have the highest demand, such as pepperoni. The pepperoni could be out for like 20 minutes and the workers are making the pizzas that have very little demand. Like obviously most people are waiting on pepperoni. For a buffet, it should not be like this.
The food was fresh and really good. The only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is because of the game area. Half of the games were claw machines and the claws were broken and another was a play until you win one with candy but there wasn't really any candy in it. What was in there were crumbs and broken candies. Everything else was nice.
The best Cici's Pizza I have been to in years. Great service, large selection of fresh pizza to choose from. If you like a pizza made with a lot of toppings and cheese, this is the pizza place visit.Love it.
Their service used to be much friendlier and better in general. They never put deep dish pizza on the lunch menu anymore if you are eating at the restaurant I don't know about if you get it to go. When hiring people to wait on customers that should at least consider whether the waiter or cashier it's friendly to the customers. Nowadays unless you're a computer no one wants to bother with you. And I have worked in customer service before so I know the difference. The food that is offered on the hot plate for the most of it is is an edible but should have more choices than only the cheap toppings.
The food was hot and fresh. The 3.99 offer is digital coupon only. Apparently, I missed the fine print. ? Everything else was good aside from the price/coupon misunderstanding.
There employees doesn't run the extra mile, and for some reason they don't have anymore the system to create your own pizza where you get to fill out a form with whatever specification you had. Know they ask you and fill out the form them selfs, and also don't have the buzzer they use to give you before. So that guy that ring my call, he took a paper and did like he was writing what I was ordering, but apparently he toss the paper, because we spend there like an hour after that and he never call me or went to the table to serve the pizza that I order.
Decent food. Was crowded and couldn't get certain pizzas due to kids taking entire pizza once they came out. No order to try and make sure others got food.
I haven't been here in for ever and it was surprisingly good for a cheap lunch with the kids. I would go back. Place was clean and staff did a great job.
Ok.. oddly, this place was clean and the buffet was full of fresh pizza. The salad bar was full. They had enough staff there. I was dragged in this time, sworn never to go back. HOWEVER, after this visit, I'll happily return. So if you haven't visited this location in a while, you might give it another GO. IT WAS ACTUALLY GOOD
Our kids didn’t get to eat dessert because it took more than 15 minutes to ge some ready when advised they would be ready in 5 min and the entire visit they had the same old dessert. Very disappointed!
