I just picked up my order and it’s was terrible! My veggie burrito bowl have a piece of avocado non eatable. I don’t recommend Burleson location, my worst experience
Well, believe this will be my last time here, it's been a good run but things changing and not my fav any more. They cut fajita veggies out period! Prices have gone up more than what I care to part with. So long guys!
Long story short, not sure if Grubhub screwed up my order or if it was terrible portions (bowl was half full and looked awful) but I drove back to the location and took the food in and the manager made it right. They remade my order on the spot- the bowl for my wife and the burrito for me. This time, the food was excellent and the service was the way it has been the last ten times I’ve been there. Thanks for the understanding.
Ordered today and my order was available on time, great improvement. However they were out of the new Watermelon Limeade. I was offered a soft drink in replacement. Tacos and free queso was good too.
If I could give a zero I would. Definitely don't come here and if you do DO NOT use the chipotlelane because you apparently DO NOT MATTER. Order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 840pm. We were in the chipotlelane for a total of 45min. When we arrived at the window girl asked for our name, left and didn't come back. She just worked the register without giving us any update for a long time. Other workers came to ask if we had been helped. And informed us that our order wasn't ready even though it was 917pm at this time. When I finally received order, I asked for silverware and napkins and that first girl, the one working the inside register, said you can come inside for that and closed the window. Very rude and unfriendly staff here. And I didn't even get everything on my order but I'm definitely not going back for it. It's not worth it. I regularly come here but believe me when I say I will never be coming here again.
It's ok, the staff is great, but, there's not many choices, the food choices have Ben the same exact thing for over twenty years since I discovered chipotle back in Colorado. It's gotten really standardized and simple. It would be nice if they did a revamp of there entire menu, the atmosphere inside there store is even getting old and boring.
For the sake of you and the people who work here, don’t go through the drive thru or a mobile order. Go inside. It’s easier for them and you. And the line inside moves way faster. Go inside. Do not use the app. Line was almost to the door. Brother waited in line maybe ten minutes. Took me 35 minutes to get food through app.
This place is terrible! Ordering online for pickup and you ALWAYS have to wait forever and your food is cold!!! Why is the wait so long if my food was clearly done and just sitting there??? If people are early, MAKE THEM PULL AROUND!!!! Also, they routinely mess up orders or don’t include items. I’ve had wrong orders more times than right.
Chipotle steals your money. I ordered double chicken and only got 4oz! according to several articles chipotle serving size is 4oz. Chipotle employees are always extremely light handed. This location as well had never made my order correctly or worked quickly. Annoyed that I paid extra for nothing and probably not going to get my money back.
Love the food and it's one of the few places I could eat at when I was doing a 40 day natural clean eating. I had to choose certain things but it was available to do there. And it was really good.
