Funeral repass meal made reservation for 25 35 came 1 waitress try to take care of all individuals without system. no help. Some got frustrated and walk out at the end. Others made corrections,when she had them paying lesser for their meals and still the tickets were wrong
Out of all the places in this plaza go here! I am gluten free so finding places to eat is tough. I kept going to Logan’s Roadhouse and Olive Garden and my food was always cold and wrong at both places so today we decided to try chilis when I found out their fajitas are gluten free (with corn tortillas). The food is amazing and the service was quick! We did curbside (we only live 13 minutes away) and by the time we got there we only had to wait 3 minutes. The food was hot, correct, and delicious! If you find yourself in this plaza don’t bother going anywhere else!Update: got the steak tonight and it is like BUTTER! Also the broccoli is great ☺️
Waited an hour for online order. Watched at least 20 people pull up get food and leave before I got my food. When confronting an employee they went to check and food had been ready for 15 minutes I’m sure. Get home open everything up, missing my salad, pasta was very poorly made and everything was ice cold. When I tried to call for a refund I just kept getting out on hold and could barely get anyone on the phone at all. Absolutely the worst chilis I’ve ever been to. Watched some employees in the back standing in a group of about 6 people chatting it up having a great time while people waited for food and couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. Absolutely terrible!!! 0/10
I go there and get the same few things everytime and everything comes out great. The waiters bring drinks before you ask for them, bc they notice that your going low. They check up on you and I get my food pretty fast. ( I get wings)
It was okay at best. The cheese fries were old and dry. The service was alright the guy had a lot table to wait on. The food wasn't that warm or satisfying.
The food was really good. They were out have a few things on their menu. The service that was really great. Food tasted really amazing. We will go back there again. I hope they have more product in stock.
Chili's is okay if you're looking for a fast-food taste. I, however, tend to lean towards excellent tasting Mexican food. The only time you'll find me at Chili's is when my employer - doesn't have developed taste buds - wants to eat there. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend Chili's for food. Conversely, I WOULD recommend it for drinks and sitting at the bar. It has a nice atmosphere for it.
Food tasted really good! Manager and hostess were both great. Our server could have provided a bit nicer but oh well. Over it was a good experience. And well the food was great!
Overpriced for mediocre food. To go orders are very slow(over 30 min wait). Restaurant is being poorly managed and it shows. Plenty of staff in kitchen and staff to deliver food to customers and not a lot of orders coming out.
So happy we went here! Previous reviews were mixed. We were tired from Driving so we opted to eat here. It was across the street from our hotel so we walked over. The hostess was efficient. The waiter was excellent. The food was very good and generous portions. The cost was reasonable for all the food. I just wished I remembered our waiter’s name to give him recognition. We would eat here again.
