Chicken salad is excellent... when it's available. Please fix your supply chain or raise prices to compensate. It's silly that every time we go it's a toss up of what will be available.
My family and I ate here for the first time today and if I could give this location 1000 stars I certainly would! The staff and service were amazing! The young man at the cash register who's name tag said " in training was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu I'd have never known he was still in training. The food was absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the Fancy Nancy on Croissant, and the Jalapeño Holly also on a croissant. The Fancy Nancy was so darn good I could Not get enough and the Jalapeño Holly was so good, mild with just a hint of kick. For our sides we all got the grape salad and let me tell you it is almost sinful it is so good!!!! Oh, and you Must try the refreshing Watermelon tea while they have it!! We will absolutely be back again and again as I think I may be addicted!!! Pricing is very reasonable and the decor is calming and very tea time garden like ... very quaint!! We now Love this place and can not wait to return to try another chicken salad creation!!! Please check them out
Went to get something quick to eat & wasn’t disappointed! My food came out super fast, had great portion sizes, & was most importantly delicious! Restaurant was nice & clean, & the girl who took my order (I believe her name was jilian) was also very nice!
This location has really gone downhill since first opening. Half of the employees do not look clean or presentable, my order was wrong today, the service is slow, and the chicken salad scoops are very small. I used to love CSC, but I don’t know if I will continue to eat here. The owners really need to do something about this location if they want it to stay open.
Honestly best place I've been in forever. I was totally surprised at how much I loved it. And the staff was absolutely amazing!!
I’ve been coming to chick salad chick for maybe a year and recently you can tell they are struggling with staff. I recieved my food and it was wrong and the bread was dry. I suggest chick salad chick that you pay your employees better or train them better, because at the window, your employee at the window was telling the 2 managers that if they leave him alone to run the store by himself he would walk; because both managers wanted to both go to the grocery store, while there is a line wrapped around the store. Not very good or fair management. Chick salad chick you have customers that are loyal so maybe if your paid your employees more then they would care and your store wouldn’t be struggling so much.
Bad experience yesterday. Staff needs some training on being clean,proper use of gloves. I hope no one got sick after the guy was wiping his face with gloves and touching dirty clothes with gloves.
We can here last night waiting in line for 1 hr I thought they had no workers but they had 3 workers making food and they definitely wasn’t very clean while doing it . I seen a guy touching every thing and never changed his gloves.They had peoples orders wrong and took the food back and gave it to the next customer.Does anyone know if we call corporate will they come check this location out ?
Ordered a mini croissant tray and there is a tiny amount of chicken salad on each sandwich! You only taste bread! Would not order this item again. I would suggest ordering chicken salad separate and make your own.
The egg salad is good. I don’t like chicken so I asked for an egg salad sandwich. Apparently putting a scoop of egg salad between two pieces of bread is more difficult than a scoop of chicken salad between bread, because they “don’t sell it that way”. It’s hard to drive while eating with a fork. Looks like I’ll be driving back to the location I went to before because they don’t find it difficult to scoop out egg salad as much as this location does. So much for customer service. Go to another location
