For some reason I can not get this location to actually cook their fries. Everytime I get them they are limp and soggy. I ask them when I order them to please make sure they are done and still they are terrible. I dont understand why they can not cook them longer. Most of the chic fil a's have this problem also. Disappointed. Use to eat here 3 or 4 times a week. Not anymore.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick fil A in my life on 4/9/22. Chick fil A is usually the best customer service. Monica (girl taking our order) was rude. Didn’t greet us, didn’t say a word the whole time. Then her card reader didn’t work, no big deal. Then she was snippy with her coworker in front of us. Then when we got to the window they had lost our order, still no greeting or “my pleasure” or anything. Everyone seemed lost and like they hated their job.
Always busy, drive thru line runs longer than the parking lot yet service is usually quick. Unfortunate when they run out of some foods, the lemonade is great
Love Chick-fil-A! So happy they have a location in Cleburne. Employees are very friendly & appreciative of my business. I eat there approximately 4-5 days a week!
Great customer service, quick in and out, and the food is always fresh.
Another place I drove by, however, they are a good Christian business so I am not going to rag on them. Please continue to support a business that recognizes the LORDS day and allows employees to worship their GOD on his day.
By far the best fast food restaurant in Burleson. Always quality food. I can tell the kitchen staff is highly trained and very professional.
I just wanted to say how awesome the staff is here. We went out, post snow/ice, to grab dinner and this was one of the only places open. The line was looooong. All the way to HEB infact. But it was worth it. I'm so thankful that you guys stayed open. I know I'm not alone when I saw we appreciate it and you! Despite how slammed the drive thru was, the food was great and came out quickly. Thank you guys again, and I hope everyone makes it home safely!
First time to the Burleson location. We did drive up. They did a great job. Love the food always.
