You know when i stopped this morning i was upset from yesterday morning. Food is always fresh, the ladies at the window are always friendly and helpful. I always leave the window filling full before i even get my food. So a young gentleman took my order outside....and i didnt think nothing of it....being that i have ordered dozens of times and drive off and get home, open my food and take a big ole bite of what i order ( by the way the jalapeno salsa is amazing). Well lets just say yesterday was not what i asked for, and i ate my food and just thought, thats not like them. When i mentioned what happened, they gave me my order free AND exactly what i asked for. Now thats is pleasuring the customer!Thanks Burleson Chik fil la
Just went in to order. Doors un locked. Stood at counter finally was told they were closed. Had a trailer on my truck so could not go in the drive thru lane. Would have been nice if they just took my order and let me leave with it. Still serving food in drive thru lane? Really disappointed.
Efficient car line. Quick service. Always quality. I would say to ask staff to have more of a pep in their step. The girl who took my order seemed like a robot when I asked her how her day was before I ordered. Otherwise love chick FIL A! It's our Thursday meal every week ?
My grandson and I had so much fun! We shared grilled nuggets and waffle fries. So yummy! Then off to the park! Best day ever!
I went in the other day and was served by Evie, and she was sooo nice!! She greeted me with a smile and sparked up a conversation. She just had a great personality overall, so 5 stars for customer services :))))
Dirty bathroom, blood was all over the toilet seat & I said something outloud to my girlfriend (she was in the bathroom with me) & an employee was in there & randomly started talking to me about HIV & that was weird. Not sure where that came from. I think her name was Becca? I ended up leaving with out eating because I got a weird vibe. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
The drive through was so fast, I couldn't believe it! One second they were taking our order and the next we had our food. Everything was hot, and perfect. By far the best experience I have had so far! The fries are my favorite to date and the chicken is delicious.
Worst location ever ! Went thru drive thru about 9pm 02/21/2022. Order taker could not get order correct I had to repeat NUMEROUS times. I said Thank You to 4 different team members and not once did I get the required “my pleasure” or even a thank you for that matter. I will not ever go back to this location,it will always be Burleson South where they know how to do their jobs correctly.
Ordered a yogurt parfait this morning, and it was spoiled to the point of being curdled. Looked like they took old yogurt and put fresh fruit on top of it.
It’s Chik-fil-A and it’s ‘my pleasure’ to leave them a positive review! The food is great and don’t worry if the line looks long, they will get you through quickly and painlessly! Great people!!
