Staff was in there chitchatting in Spanish which is no big deal except I am not Spanish and they kept saying that they would wait on me in just a minute and they were doing nothing. Horrible place to eat

They seem to try but just can't seem to do things well at this location. They don't understand how a mobile order works. They don't even take the order off the printer until you get there and tell them you ordered in advance.

What a bummer. I was really wanting a milkshake as I just had a procedure done on my throat so it’s extremely sore and swollen. I noticed at the menu where you order Said cash only. I only have a $100 bill, and one heck of a sore throat. So I thought I would bless someone this holiday season and just give them the full $100 when I got to the window.Well the man working didn’t even let me finish saying the word milkshake, before cutting me off and saying it’s too late they’re closing at midnight. Sir, it was 11pm, if your milkshake machine takes an hour to clean then your company is failing you. I proceeded to jokingly say please don’t do this to me my throats killing me and everywhere else is closed and you said, “no ma’am and happy new year.”I was looking forward to making your night sir, and you wouldn’t even consider doing a small act that is quite literally part of your job, that would have made all the difference.Please carry that with you and happy new year to you too.

Everyone here is so great. They're friendly and the food is always exactly as ordered.
Honestly it was absolutely horrible!!! If I could leave no starts I would. My mom was treated SO BAD!!! The lady taking the order was so rude. She didn’t even let my mom finish giving her order then yelled at her to hurry up because she had other people to take care of. WE ARE DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE!! Absolutely no reason for my elderly mother to be treated that way.
The spicy nuggets were pretty good will get again.
