Hit the Drive thru to pick up some burgers for the family. Service was quick and friendly as you'd expect going through the DT. Did was up in no time and order was complete, but also as expected burgers tossed together without a care and slightly on the cold side with buns smashed, fries burnt and overdone, but it happens more and more with short staff heavy traffic locations. At least it was complete and done relatively quick. Quality needs to be important cause I can make burgers at home for less that taste way better; they just take longer.
Place always to be closed and hour or two before closing often, might be short staffed but updated hours would be appreciated in advance.Food is always a hit or miss here.
My son loves burger King and this is our favorite location. The assistant manager (a male) is just the friendliest person ever. He's so nice. I'm pretty sure he remembers us each time, since we're super regulars. This location is awesome and the staff is the best. No complaints here!
Went inside to order. One car in the drive thru. We ordered a whopper meal, a kids meal with a cheeseburger and some chicken fries.They make the drive thru order first and then after 5 mins they finally tell me they are out of chicken fries so we switched that meal into just a burger meal that was cheaper than the chicken fries but the never offered a refund of the difference and then it took then another 5 mins to make the food....
3 items, $10, all cold. The fish in the sandwich was super thin and burned. The nuggets were old and the fries were terrible. Should have gone to McDonald's.
I was excited to try the Impossible Whopper but it was not nearly as good as it is when I buy the meat myself and make it . If they are going to offer vegan options, that should include cashew cheese and a vegan Mayo or something. If those options are available, the staff wasn't aware. It was too dry.
Fries were cold, bun fell apart because it was stale, and they can not count. None of my 8 piece nuggets had 8 in them.
WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY ANGER. Monday night my husband, toddler, and myself stopped for a drive thru quick bite to eat. We only ate our usual breakfast and skipped lunch, so we were hungry. We pull up around 6PM and are greeted with a worker telling us they were out of burger meat and impossible burger meat. That's. A little frustrating but considering the supply chain and worker shortage - no problem. Then we ask if they can make a chicken sandwich. So we order my toddler a 4 piece chicken nugget and 2 chicken sandwiches by themselves.We drive off, take out our food and notice the nuggets are nice and hot but both of our chicken sandwiches are lukewarm. Not only that, but they were not the sandwiches we ordered--- like---at all. I looked at mine, which was supposed to be the classic, it looked comical actually, the bread and beige looking sauce and the chicken. I bit into it and I could barely stand the taste, I pulled part of it off because of how rubbery it was and I dressed it up with some of my friends condaments. Ridiculous. 8 hours later and I am puking every hour on the hour to the point past bile. 7 AM I get taken to the ER because I couldn't keep down tiny sips of water. The pain was so extreme, they gave me morphine for it. When it wore off, I STILL felt the pain. This type of sickness gave you feverish chills and made every muscle in your body contract. It is 5 days now from my ER visit and my husband and I are still SICK. The nurses and the doctor there all said they WERE never going to burger king for anything AGAIN. ALL WORKERS SHOULD FOLLOW Serve SAFE PROTOCOL.
Did a mobile order for the free whopper. Also got 8 piece Ghost Pepper nuggets, two kids meal with cheeseburger and apple sauce. 3 value fries (one for me and two for the kids) mozzarella sticks. I also ordered a plain Ice coffee. I do the drive thru option after paying already. I get to the window. Guy tells me, no spicy nuggets. (bummer those looked great and only reason why I ordered them)He substitutes regular nuggets for me. Then gives me the kids meals. Tells me, no applesauce. Gave me more fries which now I paid for two additional fries too many. Tells me no plain Ice coffee.. Vanilla or Mocha only. Well I don't like sweet things so I shouldn't have ordered that either. I get the Vanilla reluctantly. I get home and here is the additional things wrong. Fries had no salt and are luke warm at best. The kids cheeseburgers and my whopper cold as can be. (I went straight home and I live within a mile of the restaurant.) The cheese not even melted. It's literally as If I pulled it out of the fridge from the night before and forgot to microwave it. They didn't give me a marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. The kids meals had no toy inside. Not sure if they do that anymore but the mobile app showed it comes with one. So in short. This restaurant is god awful. I will not return. I also will never order from another BK with the mobile app. Other fast food mobile apps like McDonald's will tell you if it is out of stock BEFORE you pay for it. To all readers. Avoid avoid avoid this location.
I love Burger King but I definitely don't eat there without a coupon. Too price. McDonald's here I come.
