On May 12 I went to This location and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and drink in the drive through, got home and noticed the bacon was burnt to the point it was black. So I took the burger back to Braum’s and asked for a replacement. The cashier was very understanding and nice about the situation but the manager was the exact opposite and told me all their bacon looks like that, so I just asked for a cheeseburger with no bacon. They agreed to that but wouldn’t offer a refund for the difference in price. After waiting fifteen minutes for my replacement meal I asked for the status of it and discovered the manager forgot about me so they rushed out the meal and gave me a medium fry instead of a large. I let her know she gave me a medium and I paid for a large, she took the medium fries and gave me a large box that wasn’t even half full, at this point I had enough and just asked her for a refund. She asked me where my drink was and I explained it was at home because I had driven all the way home and back to the store to get this problem resolved but was obviously unable to. The manager gave me a refund but when I got home I looked at the receipt and found that she decided to be petty, along with rude and unhelpful, and only gave me a partial refund because I left the drink at home even though I had to drive there and back home twice because of the food. Not sure why they charge customers full price for bacon if it all looks like this.
Personally, I believe Braum's has the best Milk! It's not Watered down.. It lasts longer and stays fresh tasting the longest time. It's A2 Milk which is easier to digest for anybody who finds regular A1 milk intolerable. Braum's own their own Dairy Cows which only produce A2 milk.. It's not a additive.My only complaint about buying at Braum's Fresh Market is when nobody is tending the register... It is sometimes slow getting somebody over there. Those persons who take and fill ice creams orders can see the register so they should be quick to get a clerk to the market register. This was Burleson.. But it happens in Mansfield also.
If your wanting ice cream on the weekend get ready for a bit of a wait inside and out in the drive thru. The staff is made of mostly younger people so be patient and have your order ready. The location is always clean except for the weekend crowds when there is more customers then staff. Great ice cream and fresh toppings.
This is a very nice location, the staff was very friendly and the whole restaurant was really clean. They let me create a custom sunday at no additional charge, it was nice to be able to have what I would most enjoy with out having to pay extra. My wife had the sopapilla cheesecake ice cream and it was an interesting and delicious flavor (I'm glad she let me have a little ?)!
I’ve visited this location at least a few times a month for almost a year. The quality of the food and the service has consistently been pretty decent or even good/great.( That is the only reason I am giving three stars)However, tonight i visited this location and was blown away by how sloppy the service and my food both were. I waited 40 minutes in line, two of my shakes were wrong, and all of them were watery and warm. I asked nicely for honey mustard both during my order and at the last window. No honey mustard. The girl who gave me my food was obviously irritable and likely tired.I’m not disappointed in the staff, I understand how busy this location gets and I expect to wait. However if the food and milkshakes are going to be garbage by the time I get them I’ll find a new spot. Please add extra staff or make whatever changes you need to, so that your restaurant can properly serve its customers.If I hadn’t had a six year old with me, (who also sat and waited for 40 minutes for his milkshake and fries) I would have parked and went inside just to return the poor excuse for food and drinks y’all served me and my family tonight.
Cheeseburgers and crinkle fries are fantastic!! Braum's is one of the few places to give Griff's a run for their money.However....the burgers and fries are so different, they can't compete with one another. Your current style preference or geographical location are the deciding factors.Now I'm hungry!
Took my geriatric mom through the drive thru for a soft serve cone. her hand shook so much when I tried to hand it to her it fell on the floorboard. The associate at the window promptly handed me another cone and some extra napkins. Didn't even charge me for the extra cone. Great customer service even at the drive thru.
Being on vacation allowed my family and I to make a stop at Braums. We don't have this ice cream store where I'm from, but it came highly recommended. Needless to say, the experience definitely met the expectations from the recommendation. Will definitely be on the look out for another location soon.
I’m not sure what has happened recently but the food I have gotten the past three times I have tried Braums was terrible!!!! Fries were upsized and still only get half of the small fry container filled, the burger was smashed and flattened and the lettuce was so old and gross!!!! Another time I paid extra to have bacon added on my burger and never got the bacon, the fries were hard and cold! So gross! The quality is just not what it used to be. Called and talked to the assistant manager and it was just the runaround given to me. I won’t be coming back!
One of the few places that remained open inside during cover. Food is always good. Who doesn't like ice-cream. One of my favorite fast food places. I would give five stars. But like all fast food, most of the employees are teenagers. Kids don't always give the best service, but that's just expected. Never had any thing real bad. 4 1/4 stars. I would highly recommend and support this place.
