How is this place still in business!!!!!! I went to this location and there was only one customer in front of me.... why did it take 45 minutes for me to get help? Do you just not care???? As a business owner this is embarrassing..... you have 2 jobs donuts and ice cream yall barely had either!!! Donuts taste old and stale not to mention only had about 6-8 choices of donuts......... now 31 flavors needs to change their name to about 10 flavors and the flavors that Noone likes.... they didn't even have vanilla ??♀️ don't waist your money or time!!! floors were extremely sticky.... lord knows what else they slack on when it comes to cleanliness..... WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!
I pulled up and saw 2 employees sitting outback. I decided to go inside because I wasn’t sure what flavor I wanted. Came inside and realized that those were the only employees there. I was able to see them on the drive thru camera sitting and playing on their phones. Took 10 minutes for one of them to come inside. She had an airpod in and was talking on the phone with her headset on as I was ordering and she was getting my ice cream. I know she wasn’t talking to a customer because the cameras showed there was no one in the drive thru. Then someone pulled up to the drive thru and the other employee came in. Overall it’s was ridiculous.
Worst service ! Ordered a donut and capi blast mocha with coffee ice cream wit a Boston cream donut and egg and cheese on croissant and order of hash brown. The person taking order isn’t even listening to what I’m saying and putting her own things in the computer . My egg cheese sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted! They gave me my blast which was watery wasn’t even the right ice cream or flavor they said they don’t have coffee ice cream and they forgot what donut I wanted and gave me burned and cold hash browns! By the looks of the comments the owner clearly doesn’t care about the place or the staff either ! Iv worked for Dunkin and baskin so I know you don’t run out of things every day! And what there doing here is all the owners faults , and everything taste horrible! Never going again !
Best ice cream ever.
Out of the two orders I have made at this location they have been wrong and late each time. Placing an order days in advance does not guarantee that the cake will even be made when you go to pick it up. I went in and they didn’t even know they had an order for it. Completely ruined the birthday, avoid this Baskin Robins if possible.
Most normal flavors such as cookies and cream was not available
They are not giving customers what they're paying for. We bought 5 quarts of Ice cream and all 5 were about half full. paid $40.54 for half filled containers. This is scamming your customers!
Went to Burleson today, and they were out of 1. Waffle cones 2. Rocky Road ice cream 3. SPOONS! How do you sell someone a cup of ice cream and then tell them they have no spoons?
A bunch of children that don't want to work. They will lock the doors during business hours and lie about the registers being broken. They are always out of several flavors of icecream. The kids working here are rude and disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
We just went to baskin robbins to get a ice cream here in Burleson and This was absolutely the worst experience ever.Staff was very rude, ask for vanilla no vanilla, ask for strawberry no strawberry we ask what flavors they have, she said come inside to look for the flavors, we just left.
