Pulled up to the drive thru on Saturday May 27th, 2022 around 9:48 pm. Sat at the speaker waiting for somebody for 10 minutes before somebody finally came on and said whats the problem, we are closed. It was still before 10 PM at this time and it is clearly posted that they close at 10. There were 4 other cars waiting for service as well. Now I run restaurants for a living and understand the frustration, however, you ALWAYS have to honor your closing times in the food service industry. Will NOT be going back to this Arbys as it has clearly been sliding in a downhill spiral for quite some time. Thought a new manager would have solved the issues, seems that they have only gotten worse
The food is always hot and love the service
Gave me the wrong order. After telling them i had the wrong shake on the receipt, the male cashier decided it was more important to finish the wrong shake just to drink it, then made mine. The fries i ate not even leaving the parking lot and they were cold and stale. Sucks this is the closest one to me and its always the same service.
I told my partner "Good thing she's working the register and not handling my food" at the drive thru. Her work shirt was covered in animal hair. My turkey sandwich had animal hair in it. I don't have pets. It is 100% not mine. This is disgusting. Wash your clothes lady. ...editing this post... I just called. The managers name is Jennifer. She was the the one working the drive thru. Sheapologized and claimed she hadn't handled any food. I mean, what do I even say to this.EDIT to a month later... I guess when the "GM" calls you... he's a joke too. It's been a month. Still haven't seen my 30 bucks back. ?
Tried to order drinks and the girl kept trying to give me diet when I asked for sprite. Then didn't give me drinks at all that I paid for. Then on my chicken bacon swiss sandwich put mayonnaise on it instead of the honey mustard that it comes with. I will definitely not be going to this one again can't seem to get anything right.
When I went its was only drive through. I drive a company vehicle and I cant fit in thw driveway. The manager/lead? Saw me and was able to accommodate me by letting me order without going through the dribe tru. So A+++ service for that.
Contrary to everyone's BAD drive thru reviews, Arby's was great, Food was fresh, hot and plentiful, only problem was they were out of curly fries and horsey sauce, My 2 favorites, Apple and Cherry turnovers were yummy, Better go before this shift leaves ??
Food is usually good, that is, if the service gets it right, the clerks at this location tend to always make errors, be rude, or just drag their feet. They have had some good clerks but sadly those are overshadowed by the others. If arby’s weren’t so few and far between we probably wouldn’t ever visit this location anymore.
Didn't go in but the too go line moved really fast and smooth
Despite the shake machine ALWAYS being broken, the food is good, service is sweet, and prices are good.
