Hate to leave a negative review but I have given this location 3 chances. The last 3 times Ive gone in, they are short staffed. The wait time is ridiculous 45 mins to an hour while 90% of the restaurant is empty. The staff do not seem sorry in the least bit. You can only blame the pandemic for so long people. Just about everywhere else in town has gotten back to being fully staffed. Will not be going back. Done with the poor attitudes, and lack of accommodation.
The food is almost always great! Its why we keep coming back. BUT we have never gotten a correct order. Not once. Something is always missing. The fries, the salad dressing, once it was an entire entre!!! Its crazy that they can't ever get the order right! And now when we ask to check they give us attitude about it. And even then we were still missing sauce when we got back to the car!
Horrible service! Tried to order drinks and the waitress had to come back 3 times because everything we ordered from their menu they were out of. Ordered the beer cheese and pretzels as an appetizer and the "beer cheese" was microwaved Alfredo sauce that was crusted to the dish. After all that ordeal, we didn't even try to order anything else and went to Taco Bell.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent ???. It has been years since my last visit to an Applebee's and I was impressed by the price and food quality... Wow WOW they grown so much
Ordered from here and had Door dash to deliver. When food arrived side of FF missing. Called and told nothing could be done and amount of food for the price was ridiculous. Also missing my child's drink.
Customer service was bad, was given the wrong food. Manager was rude about it, do I want something after my food was given to me and cold. I had ask for all flapper only and gave me all legs and told me that's all they had after my food was brought to me. And the paste was all dry didn't have enough cream and cold too.
Delicious food, my ribeye was amazing, very tender, the mashed potatoes little bit salty but all together was great, I definitely come back.
It was good. I order a take out. The food was good. My only issue is why would you place the 2 plastic containers with the salsa and sour cream in the same container covering the food.
The service was wonderful, the fish in the fish and chips was very good, but they must over spray their lettuce with sulfite preservative, as two of us got diarrhea!
The blackened salmon lunch was so delicious.
