Changing my old 4 star review. Y'all are never open. If you guys ever decide to stay open regular business hours I'll probably change it again. It's just frustrating because I work a REGULAR job with REGULAR hours and I can't get breakfast there before work and can't get a sandwich after. Not mad it just disappointed, it makes no sense. Every other subway I know of is open at least 10 hours a day. Doesn't seem like a good way to make any money...
12/02/21Update: I went back to the store on Thursday December 2nd and it would appear the store is under new management. I explained my situation and the new manager, a very polite gentleman was very professional and although he didn't know what the policy was or the issue he was happy to remake the order for me and apologized for the previous issue I had. I haven't tried the food yet but it looked fresh and I am going to have to say even though it may have been a bad experience before try the store again now that they are under new managenent.Original Review 11/24/21If I could give this half a star I would. I placed an order on the app and I am due a refund of $20.54 and a reimbursement of my $2.00 coupon that was used for an order. On Wed Nov 24th 2021 I ordered on the app and looked up the store info. The information for that store's location said they were closing at 4:00pm. I placed my order at 3:10pm and the order kept saying processing. At 3:30 I went to the store and the sign on the door said they were closing at 3:pm. I banged on the door to get the attention of the staff who were still in the building and a girl with short brown hair gave me an attitude and said she didnt get the order and that she wasn't making the order. I explained that I had already been billed and she said I would be refunded within 24 hours. I was not refunded and I also think it was very unprofessional the way I was treated and the attitude I received from the employee who answered the door. Her apathetic response was so intentional it was almost as if she was trying to provoke me. I told her have a blessed day and left with a truly felt God bless you but she was really doing all she could to get a rise out of me while I was trying to explain to her what hapoened. She made no attempt to help or understand and said she couldn't help and that oh well. it wasn't her problem and that I could wait for my money to be returned. She said she couldn't do anything to help and she claimed she never got the order so she refused to make it even though I could show it to her on my phone. The whole experience was extremely off putting and I have been a Subway rewards member for years.

The lack of customer service, face mask regulations. My order was simple: turkey sandwich, I arrived at 2:30 and the staff told me they can’t toast my sandwich because the toaster was off and her answer was “take two hours to turn on”… I meant what???! Plus tomatoes were out!!! It’s insane!. I usually like yo say “give me all the veggies” instead of calling one by one, and sometimes I like jalapeños sometimes I don’t and today I didn’t want it, when I told her “without jalapeños please” she started at me saying “well you said all of them” in a no very kind way. I payed in cash and I can tell this young blonde girl already closed the cashier because she had to take out the coins attached with tape to give my change.This is the worst subway I walked in my whole life.
I got charge for 2 foot longs when I only ordered one.And employees were rude.Oh and nobody was wearing maskBye not returning to this subway.
Good and tasty options.Staff could be more knowledgeable about product content. Dairy allergy in the family and one of the two loafs offered had some cheese on it.
