I ordered online, and then told the cashier I was picking up my coffee in the drive thru due to me not feeling well and not wanting to expose anyone. She said "it doesn't matter where you pick it up." I then proceeded to the window where she handed me my coffee with absolutely nothing to say and then quickly shut the window. Take away...customer service education needed heavily with this employee

Worst experience ever from a Starbucks . I mobile ordered 3 Frappuccinos and 1 Iced caramel Macchiato. When asked to add chocolate chips as topping to the one Java Chip Frappuccino the UNPROFESSIONAL BRAT “ Ziggy” brings out the Oreo pieces and tells me to take off the lid so she can add them. I ask her are those chocolate chips? She was all mad about it and says Yes. I then watch her put them on the topping and turns out they are Oreo pieces. I tell her I thought she was adding chocolate chips she gives me an ugly look and responds we don’t have those here. I then tell her to take the whole topping off and remake it then because my child is not drinking that. She says she’s done and walks away from the situation. I raised my voice and told her so what are we going to do about it. A young nice girl walks in and has to fix the issue when “Ziggy” messed up. I am reaching out to further contact about this situation. Ziggy needs to be disciplined. And the girl that helped me out and corrected my order needs to get a raise.

In addition to the multiple times this operation has closed early or altogether without notice, I experienced the rudest customer service today. They had given me the wrong drink at the drive-thru and when I realized and returned to the store to exchange it, the staff could not have been more rude. I was met with a scowling associate who seemed annoyed at best. She then passed me over to an even ruder associate who turned and angrily asked what was wrong with the drink. After remaking the correct drink, she handed it to me without a word, an apology, or any sort of polite acknowledgement. I did not enter the store annoyed, but I left furious at the completely rude treatment I received. I have been disappointed by this location for some time but this sealed the deal. I will drive to the other end of town from now on and will not return to this location.

Always seem to be understaffed, on a Saturday or Sunday morning expect to be in line 20 mins minimum. I do try and order ahead on app, however many times it is shutoff and not an option. I often decide to not go there because of these issues.

Staff are always kind and professional. They consistently go above and beyond to make my day better. They also happen to be very patient and sweet with kids. 5 stars -- would recommend

They do not take in person order but there is no clear sign when people walk in the door or even when people line up at the counter. Extremely terrible experience for people to line up and then realize they do not take order

The reliability of this location is awful. What is the point of allowing customers to order on the mobile app and then our doors be locked and have to wait in line for 20 minutes to pick up. Our food was cold, drinks were melted/not hot hardly and there isn't a lane for you to at least skip the ordering line for a mobile pickup. Very poorly managed. There is always someone upset at this location when I go. Multiple times I've been told to "go ask someone" else about my order.

I am very disappointed in y'all I got a drink and it was a venti and what I got in side the cup was a tall. I thought y'all got a law suit and lot bc of chargeing people was to much for the coffee and not giving the right amount. I am very disappointed.

I usually have pleasant experiences here, even though the drive-thru is commonly slow. Today I was really disappointed to be told to "have a blessed day." I guess I didn't get the memo that Starbucks was morphing into a Christian organization. I rather appreciated the secular coffee experiences I previously had at this location. Don't think I will patronize this establishment anymore.

I have two Starbucks close to my own neighborhood and instead I make the 15 minute drive to this one almost every morning. The drinks here are much better and made just the way that I like them. They have never been out of anything that I order which as I’m sure everyone knows is a huge disappointment when Starbucks doesn’t have what you want. The barista named Kella (?¿) is always so sweet and consistent. Love this place!
