Saw them drop a sandwich on the counter, pick it up and stick it into the oven anyway. Got an eyeroll for saying I wasn't ready to order yet while there was no one behind me in store. They have trash just sitting where they prep food.
My hazelnut frapp was delicious thank you miasing the medicine ball tea though.. and my banana walnut slice mmmmm
The line was long. But not only did my coffee not taste how it’s supposed to it was very watery and all I could taste is espresso, nothing else. I ordered a brown sugar oat-milk espresso, I am from out of town and Houston’s Starbucks would NEVER serve me a water down non tasty drink.
I ordered a hot drink. It came out the drive-thru window a little colder than room temp. I would get mad but they don't let me say the right words to describe the experience.
CEOs and corporations must not be making enough money for yachts and jet. While the rest of Starbucks customers come in here and get eight dollar coffees and five dollar sandwiches I will not pay for this stuff this is my last time my turkey egg and cheddar sandwich had a pepperoni size piece of turkey on it I wish I had pictures the oat milk coffee was a small for six dollars and the milk was spoiled. Found the coffee and it smells like spoiled milk now I’m sick. I’m not mad at the employees that’s all they probably have to work with but I will not play this game again I’ll stop at a Mexican taco truck.
They served me a cup that wasn’t even remotely close to full. I wish I actually gotten what I waited in line and paid for, but I just won’t be back.
There’s a fly in my drink! I’m disgusted! I ordered the iced chocolate almond espresso so it was dark and now that I’ve practically finished it and the ice has melted I saw it!
This is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but unfortunately it’s the one closest to my new home. I always get my coffee with extra cream. I’ve started to specify extra *half and half* (which is what they should be making iced coffee with), because they always put in heavy cream. It’s disgusting and ruins my drink. Even now that I say half and half? They still get my drink wrong about 60% of the time, causing me to waste time and money. It’s literally the easiest order - iced coffee with extra half and half, I don’t even get classic in it! I miss my Tech Ridge peeps. :(
Got 3 non complicated drinks, 6 shots of espresso with sweet foam, 3 shots of espresso with sweet foam and a caramel macchiato with extra caramel and sweet foam instead of milk and I don’t know how in the world they messed up ALL 3. They were all watery and they just didn’t taste right.
